Me too, Here Right Now is a cheerful tune and Nothing Stops Another Day is good. There are a few misses but the album is one I come back to.

That is one of my main frustrations with the show really. Some belting stand out tunes but not really a consistent whole which doesn’t help if the production values are poor.

I love the orchestrations - I bawled my eyes out when I saw it at the Picc.

I booked two dates of this version when it originally toured and got refunds for both based on the production and how terrible it was. Wow that's extraordinary, how did that work dan? Did you literally say 'this was terrible, I want my money back' - and they agreed?! Largely yes I complained to the production company to say how poor the production had been, band having to bash out the melody lines for the lead to know what to sing, and a number of other things. It’s the first and only time(s) I’ve done that though. An incredible fall from Grace!

I was fortunate to catch the original Manchester run; which I adored. Booked late on for the London run and it didn’t work as well with different leads for me. I’d be cautious over seeing it again after that experience; especially with production values that don’t hold up to the original!

Cancelled it seems, according to The Stage.
“ An agent with a client who was cast in the production, who wished to remain anonymous, told The Stage they had been informed by producer Bill Kenwright Limited that the whole tour had been cancelled.”

There are shows to do on the cheap, and then there are shows that need to have a certain level of production value to succeed. It started out as tech heavy but with heart to match, the first tour matched that level. The Kenwright/Harding years have damaged the name of the show to the point where it needs reinventing again now.

I saw Ghost in London in 2010 and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I am very glad I never got around to seeing the tour productions...it sounds very sad indeed what has become of a once impressive show.

The cheek of remounting a terrible tour that was previously cancelled for low ticket sales.

Is this definitely the Bill Kenwright version? I wouldn't even mind the first UK tour version that came when it left London.

As much as the Kenwright production isn't incredible, they have had some gorgeous casting. Carolyn Maitland and Rebekah Lowings were both stunning as Molly. Hopefully we'll get some good casting this time round.

That tour was terrible 😞 It’s a favourite of mine as a piece but yes… disappointing that Kenwright LTD has been allowed to chuck it out again.

Ah, I’m so sad. The Manchester/ London production, I loved so much. They just need to replicate that with a strong cast. I’d pay to see this again but not sure I can part with my cash on the Bill Kenwright production - it’s just so bad.

At least its sizing itself appropriately; not chucking itself into massive atg venues and hoping for the best. It’ll be nice to see it in Cheltenham or Bath I think.
