I wonder if he’ll announce the theatre tonight? It's going to the Noel Coward. Not yet announced tho.

Excellent, that frees up a slot in my NY trip - I was dithering over whether to see this as I keep reading mixed reviews of the current Broadway cast, but if I can see it here next year then that solves that dilemma!
Noel Coward straight after All About Eve or later in the year?

Nice to finally have confirmed what we sort of already knew/suspected.

Creative team determined to have an all-British cast, so no Ben Platt.

Very happy about this. Evan Hansen is one of my dream roles and this hopefully potentially means that own day I may have the slightest chance of making the role my own (Oh, who am I kidding? This probably looks pathetic).
I would’ve thought they would have gone to the Wyndham’s but I guess the Coward is similar audience size/stage dimensions.

If it’s not Platt, I’d say either Liam Doyle, Daniel Hope, or perhaps John McCrea?

Liam Doyle or George Ure for me, I’ve been saying it for months!

I think George Ure would be fabulous actually, he gets my vote.

Always thought the Noel Coward would be the theatre for DEH!
Excited to see what all the fuss is about, I like to go in blind!

I watched the bootleg while it was up so I know exactly what’s going to happen but it will be amazing to see it live.

This is going to sell very well in a theatre that size. Watch the first few months be sold out by the time it opens.

I'm still team Tyrone Huntley!
Pretty excited about this as I love the poppy score. Something new to see I suppose!

Isn't Tyrone a bit old for the role? I know he looks young, but isn't there a chance casting directors may be put off by his age?

I want George Ure or Luke Bayer to do it. How about Luke leading and George alternating since every show apparently needs an alternate these days!

Tyrone is actually a couple of years younger than George Ure.

Tyrone is actually a couple of years younger than George Ure. Which is very surprising. Both looks young even though Tyrone is 29 I believe. Alright, Luke Bayer it is, problem solved!
