I think the fact that the word that cropped up most often in the judges' critique of Rosé was 'professional' is the biggest sign that she won't win. Ru likes a 'messy' queen: call it vulnerability, an ability to fail, it gets redefined on a whim. And it's the sole reason that Kandy is still around.
Symone and Gottmik both have had much stronger 'story arcs' across the season and I'd be amazed if one of them is not crowned the winner. I'd personally prefer Symone: she has a real charisma and star quality, and I think her shy out of drag persona is very compelling. I wouldn't be unhappy with Gottmik winning either though. Compare the tic tac interviews too: Ru was in hysterics with Gottmik, whereas the chat with Rosé was far more sedate. Gottmik made Ru laugh and cry in the space of the episode, so I'd say she's the favourite right now.
Having said that, I can't remember the last time Ru has actually chosen the contestant I actually wanted to win: I preferred Bimini over Laurence Chaney, Jujubee over Shea Coulee, Gigi Goode over Jaida, Divina over La Vivienne... Priyanka is the only recent winner I've agreed with - and that wasn't Ru's decision (I assume). So I'm completely prepared for her to go and hand it to Kandy after all.

I voted for Rosé but, with the exception of Kandy, I'm really passed the point of caring who wins this season. The only thing that edges it for Rosé for me over the other two is the fact that out of the three she's the one I'd be most likely to pay to see their show, which I'd hope would be comedy and music. Apart from some great looks from Symone and Gottmik, I have no idea what their shows would be. Has Drag Race fatigue set in?

But if not, there's always the Australian and Canadian versions due and the third season of the UK version too. I wonder why I'm getting fatigued?!

I fast forwarded some of the reunion. Sacrilege I know but the fatigue is real.

That reunion was painfully boring.

It was rather overextended. I did like Tamisha's song - completely unapologetic about the big fight.
But it all felt so long ago. This series has been going on since the late 1890s....

**Spoiler Alert**
I am happy with Symone as the winner. The obvious choice of course, but a very deserved win after all the hard work she put in this season! Her fashion was always on point, great humour and such a warm personality.
I was disappointed with Rosé in this finale, it seemed as though she just phoned it in for the lipsync. Her fashion was stunning however, and her family video was my favourite.
Kandy winning the first lip sync caught me off guard, but it was deserved on the night! It made the winner quite obvious however when she made it to the top two with Symone.
I was disappointed for Gottmik as she would have been my pick for the crown. The show has had so many different queens represent the crown over the years, it would have been nice to include a transgender queen to that lineup. Of course, Symone beat her fair and square on the night, so that's that.
I am excited to see what all the queens do moving forward. I'm sure we will see some return in the inevitable All Stars seasons to come!

I also was disappointed in Rose, with Kandi rightly winning that first lip sync. After that I thought Mikk had it in the bag but again paled in comparison to Symone in the Lipsync.
I always hate the finale episodes of the US series, much prefer the all stars and U.K. style finales on the main stage.

Completely agree. Róse’s lip sync just didn’t hit it and the costume while good the colour, the blush, didn’t pop. She needs to not be afraid to be messy.
Funnily, I really disliked Kandi’s personality the whole season but I kind of warmed a little to her in the finale. Though I always howl when she walks out in some of the getups, the black hair big glasses was so funny.
Gottmik was stunning but I felt the costumes wore her not the other way around. She is naturally funny and if she could bring that into her lip syncs through characters she’d be amazing.
All three in my opinion just did the wave your arms, spin standard lip sync. They obviously know all the songs before hand so it wouldn’t be difficult to actually create a character tie in the costume and bring a story to the song. For work bitch I had vision of Bimini on the floor doing the porn star scrubbing the floor move from BitchStenders.
Symone actually showed personality and seemed to engage with the camera more.
I hate the way the reveal has become so obvious. Haha Symone could barely stand or walk till she did the reveal.
The reveal should be a surprise.
Anyway after a season I thought would never end I think they had some great Queens and my second favourite Utica looked stunning at the end.
Great shout out to the UK Queens.

I wanted Gottmik to win by the end of the season but was firmly in the Symone camp before that so I'm happy that she won either way. There was no way Gottmik was winning a lip-sync anyway, let alone 2, so I pretty much knew it was Symone's to lose. Rosé really didn't seem to be putting much energy in but I guess maybe that was because of her injury. Kandy seemed to have the most fight out of all of them which is funny since she had almost 0 chance of winning with that track record. I also agree that this was the most I've enjoyed her this season, and she stepped up her looks too (every look was incredible in fact).
I hope they just do away with the lip-sync for the crown in future though, and let the girls stage their own performances that play to their individual strengths (haven't watched Thailand S2 but apparently that's what they did for that finale). It only truly worked the first time, and Sasha set such a high bar that everyone feels they must top and it always falls flat, the only thing that came close was Yvie's mirror headpiece (and I liked Jaida's crown cape reveal but that was just a cute button to a solid, normal lip-sync). Also bring back top 3s!

Three bad lipsync songs. Performances that were more concerned with reveals than performing.
None of them deserved the crown.
But it was inevitable that the favoured queen from the first episode shown several years ago was going to get it.
I liked the segment about Chi Chi. That was spot on.
The rest? Well Rose has a fun family. But none of the rest was worth the effort.

Pandora Boxx, Sonique, Yara Sofia, Jiggly Caliente, Serena ChaCha, Trinity K Bonet, Ginger Minj, Eureka, A’Keria C. Davenport, Ra’Jah O’Hara, Scarlet Envy, Silky Nutmeg Ganache and Jan.
An interesting mix of girls, some VERY big personalities. I feel like this season could either be really good or a complete mess, it’s exciting that there’s no clear stand-out either (besides Ginger maybe) and it could be anyone’s game.

This feels like a b list line up to me and I feel a bit sorry for Ginger and Eureka. Somehow I thought Eureka had already won a season. She’s a winner in my eyes.
I’m surprised Jan’s gone back for more so fast. Looking forward to more face cracks though. I would have thought that her and Rose would know by now that RuPaul does not reward their professionalism and skills. But maybe it’s just all good exposure for them?
I think OP is right though, these are some big personalities but I’m not sure many have the charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent to back it up.

This is more queens than normal for All Stars right? It certainly feels like it. It's definitely an interesting cast. I'd say the top four are probably Yara, Ginger, Eureka and A'keria (with Jan not close behind) but I have no doubt that this will not reflect the actual top four because there's always some screwery going on in All Stars. But yeah there's a lot of sort of mid-tier queens this time around (though I don't totally mind that, I enjoy getting to see more from queens who maybe didn't get as much screen time on their initial season, rather than just seeing more of people we've seen lots of already).

Ginger and Akeria are the 2 strongest queens for me, I did like Trinity K Bonet when her season was on too so she could be one to watch. I'll be muting the tv every time Silky talks.

I’m really rooting for Trinity too, not a single one of her runways was a miss back in Season 6 and they’re gonna be even more spectacular now hopefully. She really excelled in the comedy challenge as well once she got over her nerves and lack of belief in herself, and along with Coco Montrese she’s the best lipsyncer the show has ever had. She really could take the crown.

The most important question here is WHY has Dida Ritz not been back on yet ? She’s the true lip sync queen for me.

Double premiere yesterday, what did everyone think? It’a obviously leagues above Down Under! Really enjoying Ra’Jah so far, Jan and Scarlet being ignored by the judges again though it seems. I’ll always root for Trinity K Bonet but she needs to step it up these next few weeks, it’s a shame her stand up went so wrong. Gorgeous final outfit for the ball though. It’s a good bunch of girls and I think the right two went first.

I enjoyed the first two episodes. I think it's Eurekas to lose.
Not impressed with Silky so far, although loving Jan.
