I definitely think that MXC and Tyler also behaved more like sisters on the main stage than the cold and frosty Aquaria and her sister. In my opinion Snatch game was the last time I was actually impressed with her. My personal choices for top 4 would’ve been Monet, Miz Cracker,Asia & Eureka, with Cracker taking the crown. Her runway looks have always been polished and her performances in the challenges usually leave her in the highs. Kameron’s outfit was basic and since the Cher win she’s been very subdued again.
Overall though, I’ve struggled warming to this year’s cast unlike previous years. Monique was my front runner from the start but since she didn’t learn the words I’ve been struggling to back a horse. Whereas the previous two seasons have given us a solid top four. Bring on the dream casting for All Stars 4!

Kameron can definitely kill a lip-synch. He's alomst a different person when he's performing.
Drag Race loves a queen that has grown throughout the series and it would seem that Aquaria ia getting a winners edit. I hope not, but right now it's hard to call.

Wow, Cracker’s sister Cookie though? What a transformation! I had severe doubts about him but the minute that huge wig was on and he turned around and saw himself....she was eating herself up with a spoon! Cracker’s best performance by a mile.

What on Earth is going on with Aquaria’s Wolverine hairstyle?

Finally caught up with the make over episode. Monet just looked so beautiful this week. Very sad to see her go, but Kameron can turn a lip synch.
In unrelated news, I am taking a picture of Kameron’s hair in this episode with me next time I go to the hairdresser.

I have absolutely no idea what any of this means, but do you know, BurlyBeaR, that Jinkx Monsoon will be at the world-famous Crucible Theatre on 3 November? (And presumably other places too.)

Oh she’s in Manc virtually every week (it feels like). She brings her shows to the Dancehouse on oxford road. The crucible is certainly a step up from that though, unless she’s in the Studio? The RPDR tour was at The Palace last week, and a certain winning queen was showing up on Scruff bold as brass (as a boy) 300yds away from me. And no, I didn’t! The Palace was sold out so they’re certainly making some money out of this. I wonder how much Rupaul gets from his name being used. I’ve seen a couple of these live things but found them to be more miss than hit. People used to playing to club audiences don’t always have the necessary skills and presence to translate the act to a theatre audience.

I am deeply deeply hungover today and I think that might have coloured my appreciation of all the split screen work in this episode. It really felt like a lot of effort, which wasn’t quite rewarded by the looks, several of which I thought were very cos play and not drag.
Keen to know if anyone else agrees with Ru’s critique that one of the looks is a “top ten all time drag race look.”

That look was so far from being top ten all time. I couldn't believe it when she came out with that guff. It was utterly derivative. No originality.
I know Ru plays favourites but this was just a bit too obvious.
With regards to cosplay/drag - I think the more cosplay looks are a perfectly fine expression of a drag persona. If you are inspired by comic books or computer games, then that is a legitimate influence on your style. Just as copying/being inspired by stuff from more traditional fashion outlets is probably the more mainstream approach, it is isn't the only option.
The episode was trying to be psychological. And ended up falling flat as the brief clearly wasn't explicit enough to elicit what they thought they were after.

Kameron’s look was very cosplay and i don’t think that is usually part of her style, so I was disappointed. Is she (drag) related to Chad Michaels? I often feel there is a real similarity. I think the challenge could have worked. Imagine what Sasha Velour, Kim Chi or Sharon Needles would have made of it.

^ I think the Chad/Kameron Mother/Daughter thing was a misconception, whereas I believe Asia is Phi Phi O’Hara’s drag mother, even though it wasn’t explicitly said on the show.

On the other hand, Chad does have a Ru Girl daughter, Morgan McMichaels.

Asia does some of the Phi Phi snide about her... I just don't get how she has got this far. More interesting queens have been eliminated.

I don't know what to think about this season, it all feels a bit flat. There have been no real standouts and now we're down to the last four, I'm more hoping for one person not to win than hoping one person does.

There have been no real standouts and now we're down to the last four, I'm more hoping for one person not to win than hoping one person does. For me that’s Aquaria. Her looks are very hit and miss, her attitude seems to be that she’s superior to everyone else, yet the judges don’t see it. She did exactly the same as Cracker this week (stunning look for the “good queen”, disjointed look with no resemblance for the split personality) yet Aquaria wins and Cracker is eliminated. It seems to get more and more Rigga Morris, girl, as the seasons progress.

This is obviously manipulated and Aquaria and Miss Cracker are too similar to remain in the last four together. I'm just glad Kameron stayed because she's one of my favorites alongside Eureka

I think Ru will bring Miss Vanjie back at the last minute and crown her instead.

I was just starting to like Mis Cracker. How Kameron has survived 3 lipsyncs is a mystery. She’ll be out next week surely.

I can see what you mean and I sort of agree with you but by following Kameron on instagram I think there's much more to her of what we have seen so far and yes, definitely next week will be her last chance to really deliver.... By the way, how does it work from now on...? last season there were 4 queens until the finale...

Aquaria has grown on me and I can see the editing pushing her for the win, although I want Asia to win, she is more well rounded.
The rumours are Vanjie is back for season 11 which is currently filming.

{Spoiler - click to view - how the final works} All four have progressed to the final - where they have to sing off against each other. They start with 2 battles - with the winners facing off in a deciding bout.
All possible winners have been filmed - but the final edit will only be revealed when the episode airs - so no-one knows who has won.
(It all took place on Friday)
