Finally saw this Saturday afternoon. Beautifully, beautifully directed - loved the "Perfect Year" and montage staging. Thanks to whoever suggested the limited edition print, too. Exquisite souvenir. I got 76 / 100, so my guess is they must sell about 5 per show. C29 stalls. You miss only a bit of the Desmond balcony, but at the end, if she stands in the wrong place, a couple of lines come from behind a pillar. Still, great value seat. My daughter bought the last signed print tonight. All gone. Think they seriously underpriced them, as they're only half way through the run. Also ran out of mugs after their delivery yesterday!. ENO are missing out on a fortune here! Stalls D1-2 a great deal at the price. At the interval I asked the house manager to have someone keep an eye on the row behind as there had been some commotion. Moved us to Box D. Now that was the perfect seat. Wonderful customer service. He also spoke to the noisy folks asking them to be respectful! Box 5 would have been even better... Oops, wrong show! (Glad to hear Stalls D2 is ok; that's where I'll be in a couple if weeks.) |

Plus, I imagine Ria is good value. This might be her only chance of showing off her Norma so she'll no doubt give it some welly and manage to give Mr X a quick feel up too if she's lucky. |
