Runs 24th October to 4th of January, press on the 28th of October. Not on the website yet but it's a coming.
Loved Soho Cinders when it ran at the Soho Theatre (and almost transfer to the Wyndham's but minds were changed at the 11th hour I believe). Great to have it back in London.

Oooh I'll be glad to see this! I've discovered the cast recording a couple of years ago, and was gutted that I missed it! This should hopefully do well for them during the festive period

Oh this is wonderful news! I saw the concert at the Queens years back, and then productions at the Soho Theatre and Union Theatre. Such a great piece.

How exciting! Could this finally be a big hit heading for the Charing Cross Theatre?! I really hope so.

Great news love this show. Saw it at the Soho theatre and was at the concert when the CD was recorded. Hopefully with the right cast this will do well. Very under rated show.

I'm looking forward to seeing it again. Its got a great score and will hopefully do well over the festive season.
Not sure how well it would have done at the Wyndhams though. It's a big house for what is really quite a small show.

In the video above, was the song at 3.25 added for the Soho production? It's not in the concert recording

Saw this at the Bridewell a couple of months ago and it ticked all the boxes for me - good songs, laugh-out-loud comedy moments and a simple but touching storyline.
I do think Charing Cross Theatre needs a marketing / publicity guru. Very low profile compared with Southwark Playhouse and the Menier. They don't seem to sell full price or discounted tickets at TKTS, it's very tucked away and there's a £3 booking fee per ticket to book online.

I really enjoyed this two years ago at Union Street but I'm not sure if I am ready to see it again - I wish the production the best of luck.

I was only thinking about this the other day when watching some of the BECOMING NANCY stuff. May give this a go, as regret not seeing it the first go round at the Soho Theatre.

I didn't enjoy this at all when I saw it at The Union. In fact I think Stiles and Drewe are vast overrated. I've also endured Honk! and Betty Blue Eyes, not to mention their lacklustre interpolations into Half a Sixpence and especially Mary Poppins. Musically they're predictable and banal and lyrically they strain for cleverness but mostly end up sounding self-conscious.

This surely must be announced within the next week or so? It's very short notice as it is.

It's happening - Anthony Drewe has tweeted about it, there's just been no formal press announcement yet. Auditions are over the next couple of days.
