Has anyone seen the first cover Anna, Lizzy-Rose Esin-Kelly? I'm curious about what her Anna would be like but the fact she feels the need to constantly stick her tongue out in photos is putting me off a tiny bit... http://instagram.com/p/C-kNQUno5Zj Also still haven't seen Laura Emmitt as Elsa and there's only three weeks left!

Thought she was fine, but just that. And she did stuck her tongue out at least once, I remember thinking that was a weird choice, but ok… Laura was better than I expected, would still prefer Samantha, but even thought that “Let it go” was better with Laura, Samantha has been struggling with the beggining of the song since she came back, I think (judging by tv performances and the two performances I saw with her this year)

Thinking of seeing what I can get for the Thursday matinee this week via Disney Magical Mondays. Still haven't seen it so it's now or never! Have always been put off by horror stories of kids behaviour in the audience, but the summer holidays are over now at least.

Site didn't seem to want to let me put a single ticket in my basket, even from a group of 3 available. Oh well, I'll try again on the day with TodayTix Rush I guess!

Can only wish you the best of lucks! 🙏 It was a really easy show to get great seats for very long, but luckily for them (and really deserved too, I would say), this last few weeks have been selling really well. Seems like many are either in your position or are fans of the show and are trying to repeat visits before it’s gone. I surely will miss it, it was the kind of show that I wouldn’t probably mind to repeat every winter Regarding the kids (and adults too)… In my experience the best way to see this show and not get distracted was the first row from the stalls. And there were many times they weren’t that expensive either for the experience they provided. I will surely keep an eye on them for the next shows!

Because it is the last week, I’m not sure they will do that, but they usually keep releasing magic monday tickets during the day, so keep checking the link!

Some availabilty showing now for Thurs Matinee in the balcony, including some single seats. Thanks for the update, I'll keep checking over the afternoon! Perhaps being optimistic but I'm holding out for potential stalls/circle. If I can't get a half decent seat I'll probably just try for a different show on the day.

I wasn’t expecting to have luck with Rush, but I got Stalls Row B (side block) for the 1pm show yesterday, which is a great view and only a slight restriction. Not so perfect for the children in the front row, who struggled to see. Even better, as there was nothing else left at under £200.
Apart from some families further back who were trying to compete with one another with their outdoor voice conversations, all smooth and engaging. I’m unlikely to get back again, but glad this is closing on a high.

Saw the matinee today, my first time seeing it in 3 years. Some spoilers follow. . . It was lovely to see Samantha Barks casting special effects spells again, working up such passion as Elsa, getting teary with love for her sister. Such a great emotional anchor for the show, with such a commanding voice. It was wonderful to hear her powerful "Let it go" again, the real deal rather than its pointless placement in every pantomime everywhere. It was also lovely to see Craig Gallivan, working the Olaf puppet again, so good with his comic timing, still getting big laughs and cheers from the audience. I was very far back, in Row T of the Stalls for £39, so the complaints of "Mummy/Daddy, I can't see" from princesses in blue dresses and tiaras, whose parents had forgotten to get them booster seats, were a little distracting. Still, I'd seen it before (in previews, in the evening, from the front), so I wasn't too bothered, and it was touching how the theatre especially welcomed first time theatregoers at the beginning, with the half whose parents called dibs on all the booster seats especially pleased with themselves lol. Anyhow, I really liked Laura Dawkes as Anna, who joyously projected her effusive mischief right to the back of the stalls. I laughed at how dastardly Oliver Ormson is becoming typecast as, as it was only the other day he was gurning and sliming it up as the main villain in "Spies are Forever." Here he does an equally hilarious heel turn! Anyway, this was a fun 4 stars for me this afternoon.

Going to miss being able to drop into this for a £29 Disney Day Seat whenever I need a boost of serotonin. It is a lovely spectacular for all ages which delivers on so many levels. Fusing massive practical effects & set pieces with a glorious Disney score; it really delivers.

The giant ice bridge. The magical ice castle. The giant ice spikes. The dress reveal.
They aren’t projections are they?

I'm going to miss it so much, really can't believe it's almost gone 😭. I'll be there on sunday for the last one. I wonder if we'll ever see another grand production of it like this one ever again, with the spectacular ice bridge and the giant proscenium full of projections etc. Such a loss for the West End 😞

I'm in my 60s and adored the show. I went to the very first performance and took friends to see it several times. Last time I was it was the Pride gala this summer. I'll miss it was such a feel good musical.

I liked this show and agree that in terms of its scale it’s a big loss for the west end. Shows that come close to this level of investment are virtually non-existent now, and there are some great set pieces and practical effects in it. But I’ve never understood the obsession with that bridge 😅

But I’ve never understood the obsession with that bridge 😅 It is a big loss. This was a show that huge numbers of kids not only wanted to see, but wanted to dress up for, to be a part of it. That's not true of most shows. Sad to lose it.

I really hope Hercules will be able to live up to expectation because I think it'll be difficult to match what Frozen had.

I really hope Hercules will be able to live up to expectation because I think it'll be difficult to match what Frozen had. I doubt it, specially if it is only to keep the theatre “warm” until the Greatest Showman. Still excited about it, but with low expectations at the same time

Anyone else going to the final show/s tomorrow? There are some tickets for tonight - but not when the minimum price is £200 . Unbelievable
