My guess is they're sending the links out in the order we all signed up for the mailing list. I remember signing up very soon after it opened. If that’s the case I had my pre-sale link nearly an hour after everyone else! Aaarrrggghhhh! |

A word of warning to anyone planning on using a phone to buy tickets - I clicked the link and was told an hour and a half wait, switched apps to post about it on here and when I went back to my browser it sent me to the back of the queue and now it says 2 and a half hours. Doesn’t look like they are using the same Queue-IT system that most other booking sites use, you must keep the browser open like it says!
(Luckily I wasn’t actually planning on booking today!)

How does that work?! You should click in 2 1/2 hours and guaranteed access or if you click now you’ll get served in two 1/2 hours??? That's the estimate regarding how long it will take all the people in front of you to be served. At that point, they open the booking page to you. You have to leave the page active and be available in case the queue clears earlier (i.e. other people giving up or forgetting they're in the queue). It can also be an underestimate. |

So glad I’m a DMT+ member, got row B of stalls for the first matinee on 9th November, and exactly the same seat for an evening show early December, with no trouble at all. Now it’s queue city! xx

Shame they're not using the queue it system
Wish me luck; if not I'll do what I did for Hamilton and hope for some returns a couple of days before the show!

Managed to grab a Stalls ticket for the first preview. Took about 25 minutes in the queue. Still lots of availability in the upper levels for that performance. Couldn't check any other dates as the link only works once.  |
