Didn’t Lloyd Webber give an interview a few years ago where he expressed a desire to do Joseph with a team of children so that it reflected on its roots as a piece for children. Is it possible that no casting has been announced because this is the plan with maybe a celeb playing the narrator and/or Pharaoh.
Also second thought. I am intrigued by the lack of gossip of any form of auditions for the show. Even if they weren’t ready to announce the lead you would have thought that they would have started auditions for ensemble and other roles, does anyone know of anyone who has been seen for it or whose agent has told them they have an audition coming up?

My lips are sealed but I will say this. I played Joseph in a school production many moons ago, I still have the coat and I know where the Palladium is. 'nuff said.
I also wore it to play Dolly Parton in a production based on 'Coat of Many Colors' too but that's a tale for a different time.
