Getting annoyed now. Still waiting for my refund. E mail sent over a month ago apologising for the delay and said I would be called in about 3 weeks.
I've e mailed them twice and don't even get a reply apart from the automated response.

I have an account solely for that purpose |

I originally booked the ticket in 2019 so they have had the money for 2 years now. |

Oooh if it was that long ago you might struggle then with a chargeback! Yeah the twitter thing does tend to work well aswell, especially if u have a few followers. |

Well I have solved the refund problem.
Having a bad night sleeping so just before 2am I got out my laptop, looked at availability for Linzi's last performance and there was a single stalls ticket with my name on it.
So have used my voucher and I am now booked for Saturday.
There is still £10 credit and if I get it back all well and good but if not then its not big thing.
So thats my weekend sorted

No idea if we can read too much into this but they're filming an epk for Joseph, I imagine for the tour's sake. Does that mean we can assume Alexandra will be doing the tour? X

I sacked this off on Sunday, which I didn’t really like doing as it was a waste of a ticket, but did manage to see a Linzi show on Wednesday instead. Very glad I got a chance to see her, and a lot of other people in the audience must have been as well because she had a big round of applause on her entrance. She was wonderful.
Not sure how I felt about the show as a whole though. It has a lot of songs in it that I really like, but something about it seemed a bit off. I think it’s that it still feels kind of centred around Sheridan Smith.
I also came away feeling sad for Jac Yarrow, who was announced a couple of years ago as one of ALW’s discoveries but hasn’t really had a chance to do much besides two summer seasons of Joseph and some panto. I hope he gets another musical soon, he only really gets to show off his voice in the last few moments of Close Every Door.
Reading that back makes it sound like I didn’t enjoy it. I really did, but I don’t think I’ll be rushing to see the tour.
