Guess we’ll have to wait and see! We will and I shall be VICTORIOUS! 🤣 aha! I'd heard the Criterion rumour but also heard there were nightmares working out the venue fees post-Covid (everyone feeling the pinch etc). So going back to The Other Palace and a more cautious timespan was a safer bet. |

Danny Mac is in Pretty Woman...although Audrey Brisson is talented and she was brilliant casting. I just don't see this being a hit. (famous last words) |

(famous last words) Danny only did the tour - they didn't use him at TOP so the show can survive on its own without him. I'd imagine a limited run though, no? |

I only saw the show on Broadway with Phillipa Soo but I found it mediocre at best. Not sure why it would return when big name shows are going to have trouble filling seats post Covid.
I am all for full employment of actors, especially these days so I hope its a success for them, but it does seem like a tough sell.

There is a very brief appearance by a hoover at the start of Act 2. And contrary to popular belief, Glinda does not stand on a lift for Defying Gravity in Wicked, but a really big hoover up in the flies gets switched on. Its down to the strong cast members holding onto her dress to stop her from getting whisked up into the super-dyson every night. |
