Reckon they'll get Caroline Sheen to play Violet? That seems sensible, right?

They’re now offering £25 rush tickets on TodayTix. Saw the show for the first time last night, so glad I managed to catch it whilst Caroline is still a part of the show, she held the whole thing together. Might have to try and grab a rush ticket for somewhen this coming week just to see Caroline again before Louise takes over.

Should be noted, that for today it says available on Monday, so it appears they will still be doing Monday to Friday only.

Thanks. I missed the part where it said available Monday. Shame they’re not offering them for Saturdays but judging by the current availability there’s no need for them to do so, no point in offering discounted tickets when there’s hardly any spare seats at full price.

When I saw the tour announced and it is starting the next week after the West End booking period ends, it does make me think the West End show may close at end August and tour kicks next week. From a set and logistics point of view this makes sense and running a tour alongside a newish West End show doesn't usually happen.
I could see a fair few of the West End cast or maybe their understudies and the chorus line move onto the tour. Caroline would seem a natural fit as it looks as if Louise may only be contracted until end June. Amber and Natalie would probably be happy to do the tour and likewise Bonnie. Brian will likely have a panto booked for end of year but could do opening few months of tour.

Uk and Ireland tour starting September 2019 A second production of the show is visiting 11 cities around the Uk and Ireland this autumn It makes out that the plan is to continue in London, but surprised they haven’t announced the extension concurrently. I thought it was a limited season. Was hoping Mean Girls would open there in the Autumn as some have predicted for my Christmas trip to London!

Hi all! Has anyone any experience of the "ATG Members Box" at the Savoy please? Offered for £75 with VIP package? It only appears on the ticket options until early Apr and then it vanishes.

The day she is back at the show she immediately announces her new album is coming out and starts on the album promo.
She is talking about the album on Radio 2 now.
She said rejoining the show again last night was amazing and that she was very nervous beforehand "I kept saying please don't muck this up".

Obviously I haven't seen her in it but that won't stop me from making a sweeping statement. I just think Louise looks and feels all wrong for Violet. I see her more as Judy to be honest.

I agree - I can't imagine her having the authority or gravitas for Violet. Caroline commanded the stage, does Louise have the presence for that?

Explained to my dancer daughter what this awful show is about. Her response to para-phrase it was that watching two and a half hours of office politics set to music sounded like a crashing bore! I breathed a sigh of relief that she didn’t want to see it and complimented her on such good taste.

Anyone seen Louise in the show yet? I enjoyed it, but once was enough for me so I’m not gonna go again I don’t think.
