I would love a new cast, but this poor current cast need their chance to shine ! I saw the previous/current cast pre lockdown and I actually thought it was the best shape the show has been in a while, so I’d be more than happy to see them return! |

Has anyone else signed up for priority booking and had any email yet? The website says general sale on the 17th so this presale must be pretty soon. I’m stuck between going to reopening night or to the 15th anniversary show. I guess it’s unlikely they’ll do much for it anyway, it’ll be just 12 days after they’ve got the show back up, and we still don’t really know how everything will be by then for them to start organising a green carpet gala event again.

Has anyone else signed up for priority booking and had any email yet? The website says general sale on the 17th so this presale must be pretty soon. I’m stuck between going to reopening night or to the 15th anniversary show. I guess it’s unlikely they’ll do much for it anyway, it’ll be just 12 days after they’ve got the show back up, and we still don’t really know how everything will be by then for them to start organising a green carpet gala event again. Both have chance to be epic, but that first show back has chance to be like flying over the rainbow itself. I got reopening night tickets in the charity sale and they have said they I’ll be sent just before the general on sale. Maybe there are more bookings to move before then than we thought? Presale May only be 24 hours maybe? I’d love to go to the 15th anniversary having being at 1st preview, opening night and 10th anniversary but not sure I can go again so soon and have a busy September! |

I’m really really hoping the end aisle side stalls seats will still be cheap-ish. Wanting to go to the first show back and hoping for these.

Really annoying, it keeps telling me I can't leave a single seat when there are plenty on either side! Had to go for one near the back but I'm booked for opening night 😃

I’m really really hoping the end aisle side stalls seats will still be cheap-ish. Wanting to go to the first show back and hoping for these. £19.50 in the week, £31.75 at weekend. |

The 28th (no show on the 27th) is showing as 0 availability in the stalls so I guess they are doing something special for the 15th anniversary. I am right that it was the same for the 10th right, with the stalls reserved for ex-cast/celebrities/special guests and us plebs left with the circle?

Yep thats exactly what happened and then like a week before maybe they released like a random row of stall seats at the back but not many so I wouldnt hold out for stalls tbf. |

I’ve decided to go to the 15th anniversary show instead of reopening night in the end, I wasn’t at the 10th and have always regretted it. Can’t wait to celebrate my favourite musical with hopefully a load of alumni.

10th was such a great night, I was struggling to pick reopening or 15th and went for opening as i just need to experience the "its good to see me isnt it" audience reaction.

The 10th was a great show but a rubbish celebration (no proper additional curtain call or anything like that) so I wouldn't expect anything particularly special for the 15th. And the sound in the circle was awful.
That's why I'm not bothering. Also avoiding opening night as I expect there will be many screaming fangirls. No thanks.

Booked the reopening night. Gone for an aisle seat, as Atleast I won’t be stuck inbetween 2 people ( Yes, I am still paranoid about the virus)

For anyone interested, Laura Pick performed The Wizard and I recently as part of "The Show Must Go On". The full performance is available on YouTube.
The Elphaba purists will be delighted to know that Laura performed no riffs!

The Elphaba purists will be delighted to know that Laura performed no riffs! Laura was very good and sang it really well, if a little bit 'safe' for me. 'TWAI' is our first real introduction to who Elphaba is and should hint at the force of nature that she becomes. It's also the actress' first chance to wow us and put her own unique stamp on the character, and in that sense I like a new riff or two. Not every other word as some recent Elphabas have done, but definitely in the last 30 seconds on the various 'me'/'melt'/'team' lines. Still, she was very good 😀 |

I am pretty sure Laura has been confirmed to return for quite some time now, but it's great to see that it's still the case!
I am very excited to see what the Wicked casting will look like over the next few years. While many members of the cast will likely extend, I'm sure we will see many fresh faces come 2022!
