Hi all Do we know if this is reopening 21 June? That seems to be the first date when tickets are on sale. But I don’t recall seeing a formal announcement...0 They still haven’t announced anything, |

But I don’t recall seeing a formal announcement...0 I’d hold off booking just yet... if big productions like Lion King and & Juliet are announcing August/September reopening I’d imagine Wicked will do the same. |

I looked online for the 21st June and it appears to be almost “ Sold Out “. But every day after that barely a seat taken.
So who knows what will happen

Wicked website has taken all tickets off sale which makes me assume they are gearing up for some sort of reopening announcement.

Also an option to sign up for priority access.
I had heard it was looking at end of July/early August for reopening but no idea if that is still the case. Maybe Baz will have news tonight.

I haven't seen the show since 2018, and I haven't seen the production in London since 2017. I am just thinking about how magical it will be to witness Defying Gravity again!

This lack of information from Wicked reopening is making me feel on edge. I appreciate it’s a very difficult and complicated time. But surely they could just give an update . Maybe I’m just impatient !

Makes sense to wait until September, as then all adults will have been offered a vaccination A lot of shows are restarting midweek I think they are waiting as late as they can but still having a chance to bed in before the 15th anniversary. A few upset people on Facebook who it seems weren’t told earlier performances were off before this announcement. |

Are we expecting Laura Pick to come back as Elphaba lead? I feel bad for saying it, especially since they have been out of work for over a year, but I would love a new cast with some powerhouse leads.

Waiting until September seems sensible to me. I do worry for the shows saying June/July, we all know how much the Government likes a U-Turn.
Imagine being the Glinda who says 'It's good to see me, isn't it?' on the first show back - a special moment I think!

Glad to see the show now has a date set in stone for its return. It appears that a lot of the lead cast are returning! Laura Pick, Amy Webb and Rebecca Gilliland have all posted online about the show returning!
I would love to see Nikki Bentley returning. She deserves her shot as lead Elphaba!

Laura really deserves it having only gotten a month-ish as the lead before the closure. |
