Thank heavens for those cheap pillar seats, I fancy all these! I like MB, I really enjoyed Mr Burns (and The Twilight Zone) and I have a great weakness for anything Tennessee Williams!

Summer and smoke From 2006/7 when it was last revived At the Apollo Rebecca Frecknall, who is to direct Summer and Smoke at the Almeida, has directed it previously at Southwark Playhouse in 2012. But 2018's is a completely new production with designer Tom Scutt and an ensesmble cast including Patsy Ferran.

It makes me very happy that Richard Jones is directing The Twilight Zone. Not because i like his work - but because he is seemingly obsessed with doors. Every show he does is just an abundance of people running through doors... and (if i'm not mistaken?) The Twilight Zone opening sequence was a door spiraling away into space

Right so have been told I need to 'envelope stuff' just as public booking opens, ideas for why I'm going to have to be a few hours late?! And sadly no, these are not people who will understand the importance of booking opening.

Looking at the schedule I'm piecing together that will make a double bill of St George and the Dragon and Albion, should be some interesting confluence of themes there! All of them sound good, instant booking for each.

Cannot see any of these selling that well, I would even stick my neck out and say there will be availability for this on the day.

And sadly no, these are not people who will understand the importance of booking opening. Tell them you've got an appointment and you'll be there just as soon as you possibly can. If they ask what the appointment is for, just shuffle your feet and mumble something about it being a "woman thing".

It's not the first time two artistic works have had the same name and it won't be the last, and from what little is available about Bartlett's play, it sounds about as far removed from Thompson's play as you can get while still having the idea of "Albion" as a linchpin.

It's not the first time I've said something tongue in cheek on here and you've missed the tone, and it won't be the last.

Thanks for the forewarning that the way you communicate will continue to be ambiguous. There's a lot to be said for clarity but hey, you do you.

If anyone is having trouble booking for Albion when you get through and try and choose a seat - (every time I clicked on stalls it would throw me back out saying it wasn't available) if you click below on "select best available" and then choose the price you want tickets in the stalls will miraculously appear.
Odd thing - but hopefully that will help someone.

No problem with priority booking this morning. 129 in line, in within 10 minutes. Loads of seats for Albion and Summer and Smoke, and it looks like they fixed the problem harlow noticed. Albion is being done on the thrust stage, two rows down the sides of the stalls, with a normal centre block too. Am trying and failing to visualize what that will look like, what does that mean for the normally pillar cheap seats please, are there still some?
