Hmmm do you think that the tickets could be sold out soon? I'm going to London in December and I was planning to buy all the tickets to the shows i'm seeing the same day, but I don't know what to do with this one :/ I wouldn't of thought so, I imagine though, in your case, you'll be fine early December but book early for the Christmas period, as London is hectic and busy that time. I went to London for a show onnDecember 20th and almost every show was sold out, even the flops! I'm going early December, from December 5th to December 10th haha (right there for the Hamilton opening night 8)) so I don't know, maybe two/three weeks before I go is okay...

Just keep cheaking availibility for that time every now and again, and if it looks like it is getting full, book away!

I think if you're flexible on how much you pay you'll probably be okay, but the Garrick's a fairly horrible theatre for cheap seats so if you're on a budget you'd probably want to get in there earlier to make sure you get an acceptable seat rather than being stuck with one of the awful ones. Could be worth watching out for on-the-day opportunities - This House had day seats, and the KenBran season had the TodayTix digital lottery.

I can't stand Ross Noble or Lesley Joseph, so that's one less show to worry about wasting money on...

The Ensemble are: Patrick Clancy, Imogen Brooke, Matt Crandon, Nathan Elwick, Kelly Ewins-Prouse, Andrew Gordon-Watkins, Sammy Kelly, Richard Pitt, Harriet Samuel-Gray, Gemma Scholes, Emily Squibb, Aron Wild and Josh Wilmott. No mention as of yet on who will play the other three support roles of The Monster, Inspector Hans Kemp/Harold the Hermit or Victor Frankenstein (those who don't know the show, Hadlet is playing the lead role of Frederick Frankenstein). Patrick Clancy is playing Inspector Kemp/Harold the Hermit. I imagine Victor Frankenstein will be an ensemble member as it's just one song he appears in the nightmare scene. So really the only role without a mention is the Monster.

I love Hadley, but I cannot see him in this part, at all. Its a comedic part and you really have to have a light deft touch with charm. Roger Bart had no idea which way to go and was utterly charmless. Its just Hadley's parts have tended to be so dark.
The prices for the show, at the Garrick, are a bit on the high side too. They have to have offers. Its not the most comfortable theatre.

There are some decent restricted view seats in the Garrick stalls. Ends of rows E, F, N and O; and behind pillars in the centre block, I saw "Scottsboro Boys" from P7 and was very happy with that. Q7 is also great. Admittedly, I think they are over-priced for this one, though. Is there a seating plan anywhere showing prices? Nimax's website is no help, as usual, and of course your site has the prices for the current Garrick production.

I think that London Theatre Direct have a "Select Your Own Seat" tool, even for the Nimax venues.

Thanks @theatremonkey. I was hoping the ends of stalls rows E & F would be cheaper than they are. Guess I'll be waiting for offers on this one.

Is the front row on sale yet or being held for day seats?

Yes, I was hoping for that too, annoying, isn't it. If I remember correctly they were only £35 for Zorro. While I'd expect the price to have gone up a bit in the intervening 8 years, I think almost doubling it is really too much.

Thank you, Used your plan to confirm there are 20 pound seats in the central rear stalls, London Theatre Direct to find one then back to Nimax to book it with no fees!

Calling @theatremonkey!
Garrick stalls seat N1 or N23. How much do I miss?
And is it butted right up to a wall with no room for my manly wide shoulders?
I thank yow!

See they're are going to do £20 student day seats, which is great for me. Love the cast, so now I have a way of justifying a few good cheap visits. Wonder where the seats will be/when they will be available.

I plumped for Grand Circle D23-24 as the ticket prices for this are way steeper than I expected! I just hope and pray the view isn't too terrible
