I really missed Don't Let me Go and Build a Wall from the West End version of Shrek, especially Build a Wall as it was such a serious song compared to the rest of them. I believe Don't Let me Go made a return for the tour? Yep. Just checked my programme from Manchester, and Don't Let Me Go is the third song. They cut it because Richard Blackwood couldn't sing it (true story, sadly). Also missed those two songs in Shrek.

Story of my life - wonderful town
Ahh but underneath - follies. I think this is my fave cut song
My husband the pig - Night Music
Brothers, A little house for mamma, Make it through the night and Home all from Road Show or the various versions beforehand. I wish they could be inserted into the new book
* What is actually cut and what remains of Candide ?! - regardless I love the score *

My favourites are... Everything they cut from Hamilton. They should be adding in more songs, not taking them away!

I know they never fully got it to work narratively, but Now That I've Seen Her from Miss Saigon is an excellent song, and Maybe isn't a patch on it. I also really like Too Much For One Heart, cut from the original production, though Please is a good replacement as it advances the story more. Now that Ive Seen Her was my vote too! I definitely preferred this lyric to the original "Its her or me" before they cut the song altogether.
