My favourite is probably Suspend My Disbelief / I Had a Life - Ghost also So Much Better - Legally Blonde and Tomorrow Belongs to Me - Cabaret , both pack quite a punch And I do like Voulez Vous in Mamma Mia Ah I forgot 'Suspend My Disbelief'...probably the best act one closer written in recent years. Love the way it builds and the harmony lines blend. I went back to the Ghost tour a second time just to hear this & 'Rain/Hold On'. Left after that so I didn't have to sit through the comedy numbers again, but will be going back to this new tour if the expected cast pans out. |

Act I finale to Sunset Blvd is one of my all time favorites. The mix of emotions that surrounded that and the very end with Norma's "Happy New Year Darling" after she's manipulated Joe followed by the orchestral reprise of "The Perfect Year" was spine tingling for me

Agree with lots on here from In The Heights, Rent, Les Miserable, Gypsy, City of Angels, Book of Mormon, Chess etc. Friends Like Me - Aladdin. Angry Dance - Billy Elliot More Than America - From Here To Eternity 1963 - Stephen Ward Climb Every Mountain - The Sound of Music Gold - Once A New Argentina - Evita Younger Than Springtime - South Pacific Singin in the Rain - Singin in the Rain The Bottle Dance - Fiddler on the Roof Friend like Me isn't the Act One finale for Aladdin, it's the reprise of Proud of Your Boy and partly Friend of Me. Non-Stop from Hamilton is a brilliant Act One finale as is One Day More from Les Miserables. |

Yeah no matter what people might say about some of the other songs from Ghost I think it has a really strong act 1 ending/ act 2 opening and they link together really well. |

The ballet from Oklahoma! can be pretty sensational and a good way to finish the act.
