Cynthia has The production team have done the screen tests for the green make up, to see what works best on camera. They apparently had to use a stand in for the session. I'm surprised Cynthia wasn't there herself.
According to one source, they still haven't cast Nessarose or the Wizard. Boq and Morrible are cast and on the call sheets for the costume dept. apparently.

I wonder why Cynthia didn't do the camera test in the green paint herself I’d imagine if they are trying out loads of different types of green makeup then it makes sense for someone else to do it rather than pulling Cynthia out of rehearsals. Test out loads of different options on someone else and then do the final tests on Cynthia. |

It changes a bit through the show doesn't it? Or do they just add more blusher/cosmetic make up later?
I'm sure in my programme she looks quite different — much softer — later on.

The first act is made to look softer than during the interval they shade some harsh lines in to make her look more haggard and older. |

Perhaps the lights are brighter to give that impression as that’s the first truly happy moment she has in her life so you might be onto something. |

It's the same green used throughout the show, but they add some black contouring in the second half to make her a little more angular/severe, but on alot of those girls, they all looked great in it. How they got to make green paint look really flattering on people is still surprising

He's also a lot older than I thought (70) so I would imagine Morrible will be a similar age.
