Completely agree on that, I know they’d never release it but I wonder what the saving is on a switch to the one part! Imagine it’s a fair amount.

Looking forward to seeing this for the first time in November! I have booked stalls row R but looking at the view from on SeatPlan, there is a bit of overhang from the circle cutting off the top of the stage. Does anyone know if I'll miss much from these seats?

Just seen that a US tour is starting next fall.
Does that mean that a UK tour could also be on the horizon? And if so would it be in one part or two?

What happened to the Manchester production?? I don't think there's ever been plans announced for Manchester. I think, having had a quick Google, some sites are (deliberately or through poor researching) conflating the Palace Theatre in Manchester with the one in London. That might be the root cause of it? |

I remember in 2018/2019, they would reduce top premium tickets (e.g. front row middle of the dress circle) to £40 on the day or day before. Think the best way is the lottery now. |

I must point i already seen show so for first time seen are no the best one but If you on buget.. Sadly most of time sell tickets rvt double ( If at website are one good rvt and bad one next to you need buy both same at box office( at least back in 2022 ) And yes post covid price was insane. Like i love this play but i will not give 250 pound for side row |

Thanks! It's not like I want it for free, but usually you can get something nice for up to 100 GBP and here you get mediocre seats for 130 GBP and that hurts.
About single tickets - I saw this, but when I tried to buy them via TodayTix, it allowed me to leave one seat empty at the end of the row. Not sure if it would finalize, but seemed fine.

Almost always row AA and row BB in stalls. They’re reserved for lottery. On some occasions they may be in other areas of the stalls or dress circle (usually further back or to the side).

I keep seeing cheap as chips tickets for this show, more so than I'd expect, and I keep hearing rumours about it finally ending. No actual proof though.

They have "cheap" tickets but they always have, all the way at the very top in the very back. The Palace is huge and VERY tall so those seats are basically obstructed view but make for great marketing when you can say "Tickets from £30" or whatever. In reality, most of stalls and dress circle is £100+.
I have some friends who have worked with the agency assigned to that show and from the rumblings I've heard, there is no issue with sales at all and it is considered one of the shows that just sort of sells itself. In NY they release more info about sales numbers and such and it has (recently) broken all sorts of records on weekly gross etc.
London will remain 2-part show for as long as it can. They would certainly switch to 1 part before closing.
Also, the break between casts / tech week coming up this autumn is slightly longer as they are completely redoing the seating plan in stalls for the Palace. Adding quite a few seats.
5 years down the line it might transfer to an actual ATG owned theatre (since it's SFP) if they feel the need to downsize at all, but it is basically a money printing machine for them at the moment.

Given the sales of Hogwart's Legacy and the popularity of the Harry Potter land in Universal Parks, with an extension coming soon, I don't think the popularity is fading away yet. There are tons of fans who love the series and are not concerned what the author says. Granted the shortcomings of her writing is being discussed more and more as the years go by. Even ardent fans cant deny these plays are just fan fiction and exposes some of the world building knots she created (time turner's e.g.) But at this point the brand is too strong and people just want to play the game, go to the parks, see the play, buy the merchandise to feel a part of the world she created, no matter how flawed it is |
