one of my queues has gone down less than a 1000 in 34 mins so on that rate it's going to take in double figures of hours. So at this point do I give up since i'm due to catch a train to the donmar for a matinee or stay here and possibly age several decades in the waiting?

I may become as hated as you-know-who, but was placed 194 in the Nimax queue on my Microsoft Edge browser (had Chrome & Explorer open too, each browser on a Nimax & ATG tab). Least of other queues is 2,900 Nimax on Chrome, most is 37,500 ATG on Chrome. Joined all queues between 10.55am - 11am. Got into my Nimax queue on Microsoft Edge just before 11.10am. Given 5 mins to complete each page. Couldn't book anything earlier than May 2017 through Nimax. Wanted to go for a Sunday as, being an actor, that seemed the safest choice not knowing what my employment status will be in May 2017! Even changed my mind from 1 ticket to each part to 2 tickets for each part (to have someone to share it with!) and that didn't make a difference. Even forgot my password to my Nimax account, got the reminder email and logged back in and the tickets were still there. So a very happy bunny! Offered centre of Row E of the Balcony - pretty happy with that, sure it'll be a clear view & I've no problems with heights. And at £20 a part, can't complain! My own decision not to want to spend any more than that per part so knew what the outcome was going to be! See you at the Palace in May 2017! Happy at least one of us were successful! Fingers crossed for the rest of us haha! Haha thank you - and yes I certainly have mine crossed for some more successful board members! You can do this!!! Good luck!!

I feel like the queue is moving much slower than it did when the first round of booking opened... Definitely slower, I was 6,500th last time and had paid for my tickets about 50 minutes after the booking opened. This time I started at just over 2,000 and am now at 880.

I may have to eat my words, but I don't think the entire allocation will sell out instantly. I think there'll still be tickets available later tonight and even later this week. I booked quite a good ticket for January back in March, which was five months after booking initially opened. And it's a huge theatre. I don't think the publication of the script or reviews can possibly have changed the demand for tickets in real terms. If you've got patience and flexibility, I don't see any reason why you won't be able to get tickets from this batch.

My Nimax queue is going down insanely slow, but the ATG ones are doing pretty well, and one of them is approaching the 1,000th mark. Edit: grammar

It seems it takes about 30 mins for 4k customers to complete their purchases, so... It's taken 40 minutes for about 200 people at the rate my queues are going. It's absurd. Clearly the random allocation doesn't work as it doesn't reward those who actually bothered to join the queue on time!

The ATG queue I also have open does seem to move faster but I'm only at +83,000 there, so perhaps several people ahead of me are just giving up for some reason or lost their connection.

I believe the interest will be because of the publication just a few days ago. I'm mid-way through, my son finished it yesterday and now wants to see the play. I booked months ago for next January but just the single ticket (it's pretty costly getting 2 tickets)!

2 computers on the go, one with Nimax and one with ATG.
Started 11:00 am at 13150 with Nimax and 965 with ATG. 2 tickets for both parts attained in under 15 minutes through the ATG queue whilst I was still at 13069 with Nimax.
ATG only offering me restricted view seats for the cheap prices though, so have had to fork out a bit more than anticipated.
....now only 335 days or so to go.

The producers and investors are laughing. How much money are they making with hundreds of thousands of people booking tickets a year in advance?! This play is going to literally run for years!

Indeed but I've booked around the Lords test for next summer so can combine the two - means only one trip to that there London instead of two.

I've never seen a play like this sell out in a huge theatre for so far in advance! Incredible! They will re-coup very quickly I think

I'm happy for them. If their tills are ringing, it means they have enough money to invest in riskier ventures in the near future. Which may be especially good news for musicals that aren't a lame copy of a movie or trawling through some singer's back catalogue. 80 mins in the queue now, about half-way at Nimax (from 8800 to 4400)

Right am bailing to get to my matinee, trust you won't all still be here when i come back but will be successful. Thanks, enjoy the show! Nimax has gone from 16,000 to 13,000 in an hour and 25 mins, ATG from 83,000 to 53,000. This is utterly pointless...

Got Stall B10 from ATG. Does anyone know if I can see most of the stage from this seat? I'm thinking if not I can get another seat.

I was 5,300 and something at 11am. 90 minutes later I'm at 1,190. It's insane. At this rate, I'll be called into my next meeting before I get through!

I'm not sure if it was just me, but when I got timed out and was forced to return to the queue, the queue page automatically finished waiting in no time and showed me the bold "It's YourTurn" and then jumped to the booking page in one second. Hope this works for people who are still waiting but will possibly miss it because of work / emergency etc.

The week before the opening there were still the odd ticket. Logon to the website the morning the reviews came out and the queue had been paused and all tickets sold. I think this will be hard to get a ticket for. Luckily i can leave my work PC logged in and then remotely login from home when i get there...hoping I am still in one of the six queues i managed to get into....still the shortest was 29,000

Don't lose hope, guys - I just got in and booked my seat. Had a skim through the calendar months and although May is showing some dates yellow for limited availability, most in May are green for good availability and all months seem to be green going forward of that.
My seat isn't ideal (C26 stalls, I'd've preferred centre) but I really don't have time to faff now and it is at least an aisle seat, as I wanted.

After two hours in the queue on Nimax I've only moved 6,892 places.
