glad I'm not the only one who was wondering... Just curious, since the Cinderella closing and the inference that LW had some family issues going on - has there ever been any confirmation of that? Just wondered if that was why we hadn't heard anything else about a revival of something (or any Cinderella news for NY) |

Sunset Boulevard and Elaine Paige? (I doubt Patti Lupone would do it again!) After she and Kevin Anderson were 'sacked' Patti LuPone swore she would never work for Lloyd Webber again and with the movie rights currently tooing and froing I'd find it hard to believe this would be revived. I'm thinking Starlight Express. Don't forget they workshopped it at The Other Palace a little while back and (I believe- I wasn't there so don't quote me) they added one or two new songs. |

I literally just said what it is. Aspects Of Love Is it Jesus Christ Superstar? Nah. It's his Requiem. He's got Emerald Fennel to add some bits of dialogue to make the story clearer, and Laurence Connor is on hand to shift people round the stage a bit. Oh, and it's been re-orchestrated for a Linn drum machine and a BBC Micro. |
