I was emailed today that my Friday 11 February tickets have been cancelled "due to Covid". I can see that the first three previews have gone off sale.
The NT have offered no means of directly swapping to a different date, only a gift voucher refund (not cash) as is their norm.
it looks like they've had a price increase for 2022. My £34 preview seats have gone up from £34 to £36, but are sold out in any case, so I have to go for £45 now. That's an extra £22 for the two of us just to get one row behind what we previously had.

Turns out it was worse than that. So as not to have to deal with cancelling hotels and trains, I've swapped my Our Generation and Wuthering Heights dates around. I'm now going to WH one week earlier (same price) and OG one week later and had to pay another £52 (£60/ticket v £34 before).
The girl at the box office foyer said I should email to complain since the cancellation was their doing, but I'm not holding my breath.

How peculiar for them to cancel 3 weeks in advance. The only thing I can think is that that rehearsal process has been disrupted due to positive cases.
