Oh my! That reunion episode was brutal... but wonderful.
They really went in on Charlie and Valentina for their lack of effort with the lip syncs. The queens were taking no prisoners! Plus, that mini- revolt over the congeniality winner was everything!
It really exposed her as being cut-throat and not really giving a toss about the others. The most honest and eye opening episode ever, give me a full season of the cohort sat on that stage ripping each other apart, any day. It sure do make great entertaintment hennie...

That was a great reunion, possibly best episode of the whole season! Firstly, seeing it again, Aja's leaving runway is the worst outfit ever on the show. Just awful, as was the makeup. But I kinda agree them changing the name of Congeniality. Because Valentina was never shown to help anyone or do anything, she was just a fan favourite. And I dislike her more now because rather than face up to the issues the girls brought up, it was just one excuse after the other.

Farah came across better than in any of the episodes and looked fab. Charlie Hides and his excuses.... lame.

Wow, they really saved all the confrontation this season for that one episode didn't they! Apart from Eureka, they'd all seemed to get on and been supportive of each other most of the time. Glad that they called Charlie and Valentina out on their lip synchs, still don't understand why Valentina didn't know any lyrics having hand written them all out.
Still can't call who is going to win, apart from Peppermint I think it's wide open but, based on consistency, I think it's probably Shea. Looking forward to the lip synch in the finale...!

I felt some of the queens like Aja were going out of their way to get noticed. That whole Miss Congeniality thing wasnt needed and came across as sour grapes. Granted Valentina didnt come off well at all during the reunion but people seemed to have saved any issues with each especially for this show.
Some queens didnt even say much at all. Was Jaymes Mansfield even there??

I'm sorry guys, but I was living for all the drama and arguments at that reunion, it makes up for the lack of drama throughout the season. Valentina and Charlie got put in their place and rightly so. Valentina needed to be knocked down a peg or two. Like, comparing yourself to Latina Queen Selena?! Are you out of your damn mind! Even Selena Gomez is higher up than you bitch!

Now that I have watched the finale, I have to admit that I much prefer this revamped way of closing the series. There were no group interviews with eliminated queens, just the top 4. To be honest, I didn't miss them as we had a very frank chat between all of the girls on the fiery reunion episode. The lip sync smack downs were on point!! I was living for them, this needs to happen every season from now on. As Sasha had never lip synced during the challenge episodes it was brilliant to see just how brilliant she is. Her pussy was most certainly on fire!!

YAAAASSSSSS KWEEEEEEN! Pleased that Sasha won, her intensity was fierce during the lipsynch's and her costumes were amazing.
I was a little disappointed by Shea. Considering she was the dancer of the season, i was expecting her performance to be much bigger, but I didnt think any of the song choices were that great.
Should there have been a lip synch for 3rd and 4th place??
Also, was it a fix that 4 people went through to the final, you couldnt use this format with just 3 finalists

I think Trinity and Shea knew they weren't top 2 before the final even happened.
Trinny "chose" Peppermint as her opponent which seemed odd, and Shea didn't really seem to be that engaged in the whole thing.
Much smaller venue for the finale this year too.

There certainly appeared to be a lack of effort from them both. Also both Sasha and Pep's big reveal moments tied in perfectly with the songs, so I suspect they knew which song each pair had been given in advance.

Tru TV are now showing Drag Race at 11pm every night. They're currently showing season 6 but then its back to season 2!
That series looks so dark compared to the other seasons, though not half as bad as season 1!

I’m sure jasmine masters would have something to say about the line up this year.

I found MtQ uninspiring, but the first 14 minutes of episode 1 where they enter the werk room restored my faith!
Personal faves so far:
Monique Heart, Monet X Change, Blair St. Clair (obvious!), Asia O’Hara, Vanessa Mateo & Kalorie Karbdashian.
Special shout out to the hot dish that is Kameron Michaels, too!

Not the right one for me. The thing is that i think Kalorie will have that same hair and make up every week and it is already boring. She's not going to serve interesting and amazing looks, you just know. Vanessa was the more interesting one for me.
