Is anyone having problems getting their refund, in my case for City of Angels. Encore are blaming Nimax saying they haven't been refunded by them. I've sent emails but getting nowhere. No issues with other theatres and refuns. Any advice as to the next step would be appreciat

If you paid on card get your card company/bank to do a charge back On it. Whoever sold you the ticket will have to give it back.

As a follow up, many thanks to Nimax who responded immediately, stating they had long since released funds to Encore, so clearly I was being fobbed off by Encore saying they were waiting for said funds. I am waiting now to hear back from them but this experience would never make me use Encore tickets again. I wouldn't hesitate to book directly through Nimax, what excellent customer support!

So glad you got that information. Nimax was the speediest refund of all this started, and I thought their customer service impeccable. Hope Encore gets you your dough!
