No different to buying something in a shop only to find it reduced in the sales 2 weeks later. Frustrating I know but that's the way a business works.

I rarely buy tickets in advance for shows due to this, it’s not the best if you’re wanting to plan travel and accommodation etc. but I’ve saved a lot of money through rush and last minute discounts. Looking forward to seeing this from the 3rd row of the royal circle for only £20:)

Keep in mind, it's show business, not show charity. The producers need to be able to recoup the costs which is why the schemes always come later.

As a tall bloke, I must warn against the front side stalls. The seats are substantially narrower the further out they get, as it curves out it steals all your leg room.

Just read that Imelda has been made a Dame in the King's Birthday Honours List.

I'm surprised King Charles had made Imelda a Dame considering she portrayed his Mummy in The Crown... I'm also still sour that Julia McKenzie has not been made a Dame.

Quick question, is Imelda scheduled to be out on any particular dates?

Apparently they did the sitzprobe yesterday. Can't find a video on social media. Has anyone seen anything or can share a link?

And why has Petula Clark been ignored for so long? Nominate her. Anyone can do the nominating, they don't choose randomly. Wouldn't surprise me if the producers put Imelda forward. Nice bit of extra publicity. Didnt angela lansbury also get her award when she was back in London for blithe spirit

Do we think this definitely rules out a rush?

Do we think this definitely rules out a rush? Almost certain this has rush too - I think it's just not selling as well as they'd hoped so they're throwing everything at it

When a show is offering FOUR tickets via lottery or rush, that’s a bad sign.

Was just looking at a few dates in August, honestly I could see why people might be put off at the minute - looking at the calendar and you're met with a wall of minimum price £89.50. Has the grand circle sold out for every performance or is it just not on sale?
Think I'll happily be sticking with my restricted £20 front row and whatever I can grab lottery/rush wise later in the run!
