Doesn't do much for me, I'm afraid. I've seen the Churchill - good but I'm not bothered about seeing again. Two adaptations (rather than original writing) - don't really see the point. Does rather suggest that no one is writing new plays good or big enough to fill the space - though I see March to July is unfilled. Perhaps one of their other projects will come to fruition, though it won't be the SRB-Bach thing as he'll be on Broadway.

That Pullman one should be a best seller based on how well his dark materials do. Def gaps for a couple more. |

Sadly A Number doen't fit my schedule (1 week longer!) but will definitely book Belle Sauvage.
I often prefer a good adaption to a new work, always a bit wary of that unless I've heard good things. No use cluttering up my few London theatre visits a year with 'rubbish' plays. So will wait how the Marianne Elliot-Thing turns out. (not much into the immersive aspect)

Borkman a great play, and very timely. A Number a very good play also, but it's a big space for a two-hander. They Shoot Horses Don't They - I've seen an adaptation of that before, RSC at the Mermaid, it was poor, but in this venue it could be better.

Very interested in the SRB, even if I do have to wait well over a year! Definitely trying to the £15, the view was fine for the Maggie Smith play.

I don't have kids so my life does not have the routine of school hokidays. I'm currently trying to get rid of some opera tickets because it clashes with a trekking holiday in Nepal, its a middle class nightmare 😉 |

The design agency on Twitter posted the artwork all of which said 'Strictly limited season May 2020'.
Considering nothing is playing in May I'm assuming they're getting Maggie Smith back in.

For JGB, the first three rows don't appear to be on sale. Not sure why - annoying as the apparent front row is much more expensive than the usual £25

They say they'll be turning the place into a 'dancehall ' with the first few rows having the option to join in the dancing. |

I think it's a good season myself: good cast for a number, the Pullman should be a big commercial hit, they shoot horses is a risk but could work well, and borkman with beale should be ace.
