Just to let everyone know Alanna has her debut as Faye tonight then Vanessa is covering until Saturday matinee with Bev back in the evening.
Matt is off all next week. (Not sure who is covering)
Tosh is off 24-26 May.

I ordered the CD direct ages ago. Last email I had said put back to tomorrow. Just seen it is showing on Amazon as out on 17/6. Anyone heard anything?

And Beverley’s been promoting it on her social media as out tomorrow (also available on the merch stand at the Garrick) with video clips of her and the boys in the studio and signing the inserts that were available with the first few hundred CDs. Looking forward to getting mine tomorrow! |

Definitely out today, it’s just arrived! Nice card pack CD with the separate insert that all five leads have signed. If someone can tell me how to upload a photo on here I’ll post a couple…

Not wanting to be negative, but although she’s got Broadway-pedigree, won’t British audiences considering buying tickets for this show just say ‘who?’
After Beverley’s starring performance, I assumed they’d be looking for a name to replace her, and although as we’ve seen with Gemma Collins in Chicago it’s better to have talent than a name, I really thought the Drifters Girl producers would’ve been looking for someone with both.
Given what a great show it is, and how brilliant the four male leads are, I just hope this casting change doesn’t kill the show off… 😞

I wondered if it might be an equity swap thing as Declan Bennett has just gone over for Moulin Rouge?
She's great tho - toured in Memphis and her voice is insaaaaaane

Never heard of her.
They clearly cannot cast this with someone well known here as the only other candidate- Alexandra Burke- isn’t free.
Will be interesting to see how they manage to cast for the UK Tour. It’s going to need a ‘name’ I suspect.
