Is this likely to come to Newcastle or Sunderland do we think? It’s nowhere near me on any of the current dates and it’s the only musical my musical hating husband has said he’ll ever go to see!

Can anybody give an idea as to the extent of the circle overhang at the back of the stalls at Leicester Curve please? From memory the circle is considerably higher than the stalls section and starts further back than most theatres. I’d say you’ll be fine.

Old news I know, but still so surprised this has not sold better in Manchester. Just looked to exchange a ticket for a different date and even on a Friday theatre is barely 1/4 full. In contrast, the second coming of this outing of Les Mis at the Lowry has sold incredibly well.
Has it just gone for too long a run or is the popularity of Phantom waning in comparison to Les Mis and when history is written Les Mis will emerge the most popular musical ever?

Heard two rumours about casting for this in the last week. Lee mead was one and Killian Donnelly was the other. I saw Killian a few months ago as Jean Valjean and thought he was wonderful. Hope its him.

Well, if they can give it to Ben Forster, maybe Lee will get his chance.

Hope its him. Ooh I’d be interested to see either of these in Phantom. Both are recognisable names so could help give ticket sales a boost?

Sunderland just announced. 4th November-5th December.
Think it will do very well. The last tour skipped Sunderland and Newcastle completely.

Very excited by this announcement, think the Empire is a great venue for Phantom. Good time to be going on sale as well, I think people will buy tickets as Christmas presents.

What shows do the alternate Phantom and Christine usually do (in London)?

So this is not a new or original tour - but the international version... and sadly it’s with the smaller orchestra! Spoiler alert and so disappointed..
