Yay to the musical and yay to this theatre. Yay!
Is this another exclusive scoop for Carl Woodward?

This is very exciting!
And this new theatre looks amazing!
They've also got some great late night WE star cabarets already programmed.

Yes, the theatre looks great, and it is exciting to have something of Dave Malloy’s over here. I’ve read great things about GHOST QUARTET. Thank Hopefully it won’t be sold out by the time I get home from work tomorrow!

I saw it with Malloy in Edinburgh a few years ago, it’s a song cycle really, storytelling in song but with no real drama. very small scale, very nice for what it is.

Do we think this will really sell out tomorrow; it's a brand new theatre and a brand new show...
The Lucky Dip seats sounded good though £12 and you're guaranteed a seat, unlike the YV where you can end up standing!

It looks like a small theatre, but it's quite a long run. I don't think it will sell out right away. Given that it's a new venue and I have no idea what it's like in there, I'm probably going to go for a Lucky Dip seat. I might discover I have strong opinions on the seats when I get in there, but I'd rather pay £12 and regret my cheapness than pay £36 to regret paying so much more than I really needed to.
(Lucky Dip is such a weird system at the Young Vic, not only in that you're not guaranteed an actual seat (though I really don't mind standing) but also that they cost £10 so you might as well just get yourself a zone D seat for the same cost. I've never had a bad view from a £10 zone D seat, and it's nice knowing there's no chance I'll be turfed out of it at the interval and then have to try claiming a decent standing space among the people who've already been there for half the show.)

I'm taking my best mate for his birthday so I've splashed out but thankfully I can get a student seat. Jackpot.
When booking I got a full range of meal deals, meat, cheese and vegan platter options.
No booking fees and I like the idea of Roulette tickets. Im sure Ill use it for some cabaret
I like a meal deal.
I like this venue.

Booked mine. Love how the Halloween performance is the first one sold out, haha. I wonder if that's a gala night, therefore would have majority of seats held off, it's the only performance with a different start time. Don't think it's press night as only the first few shows are marked as previews. Funny if not though!

I did the 'roulette tickets' as well for 30 October!

Where is everyone choosing to sit in this venue and with this seating plan? Maybe I should go for the Roulette tickets so I don’t have to decide!

Really excited to see this one; booked a cheeky roulette ticket for a Thursday matinee. Carly Bawden is incredible in everything I've seen her in. Huge draw!

Aw damn. Was hoping it would be music sung by this cast and not the original cast recording in that trailer so I could get an idea of what they'd sound like. Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait a while longer for anything like that.

Saw it last night and absolutely loved it. Beautiful set and score performed by a fabulously talented cast. People that are worried after Preludes, this is much more accessible than that both musically and story-wise. It is still Dave Malloy though, so obviously expect a level of weirdness but I am already figuring out when I can see it again.
