It appears that this adaptation, which was first performed at the National a couple of Christmases ago, is due to be revived by the Birmingham Repertory Theatre this Christmas (25 Nov - 7 Jan). Cast and creative team to be announced.
I remember this wasn't particularly reviewed that well by both audiences and critics, (other than what looked like, from pictures and videos, a great use of the set and drum revolve - which sadly is unlikely to be used at the REP this year!). Maybe it's having another chance for the script to be re-worked?
