Managed to get one of the Disney £20 day seats for tonight. Stalls seat as well. When you say £20 Disney Day Seats, what do you mean by that? Haven't booked to see this yet, so curious to see what options are out there They're available for Lion King, Frozen and Beauty and the beast. All going live at 10am for that afternoon's/evening's performance basically Disney's version of today tix www.disneytickets.co.uk/disney-day-seats-tickets

A nice little surprise with my ticket turning up in the post today. With the move to e-tickets, it’s great to get a physical ticket with some lovely artwork on it to add to my collection.

Ah amazing, thank you! I shall have to look into it Easier to get midweek than at the weekend. If they have all gone at 10am it's worth waiting a bit and trying again as they seem to release a few more seats if the first lot have gone. They are a bargain. I'm sitting in a £79.50 stalls seat for £20.

What is it with peoples bladders! One man went to the loo about 10 mins in and then again about 20 mins after. People up and down all the time and it's the adults and not the kids. One man even went out and came back with drinks. Does he think he's at a pop concert? I'm surprised the bar was open during the performance and served him.

Funniest overheard comment of the night. When Anna collapses for a second time a little girl near me says very loudly "Oh not again!" Everyone around burst out laughing.

Here's a question.....
Jason Manford has announced he's doing a one night Christmas Concert at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane on the 6th December.....how does that fit in around Frozen?

Of course....so do they just strike the set then? Not seen frozen yet so don't know how complicated the set is....

Of course....so do they just strike the set then? Not seen frozen yet so don't know how complicated the set is.... The other shows are just concert performances so don't need much space. The Drury Lane stage is pretty big so I imagine it's easy to stage a concert at the front of it without the Frozen set interfering at all.

So firstly how beautiful is the inside, it honestly felt like I was in a palace!
My £20 was amazing, I was Row G and the sight line was perfect, the row in front & my row only had about 4 others (no one sitting next to me), the rest felt fairy full though so I was just really lucky that’s where my day seat placed me!!
It’s such a fun Disney show which is very faithful it’s source material just with additional songs so it’s earth shattering different to the movie but of course fun to see act on stage & with the brilliant special effects (loved the dress change & the ice bridge!!).
Samantha & Stephanie shined as the leads along with a spirited ensemble.
It’s a perfect family show, it’s not very deep but it’s a nice message (sisterhood, being your true self) & a big budget stage magic!
I will probably see again in its run or take someone at some point but many other shows to see (see again) before then but I left with a big smile & fuzz after so 4 stars!!

Yes, Danielle made her Elsa debut last night. I was supposed to be at Come From Away - I heard while I was on Oxford Street getting food and I ran to Drury Lane. So worth it!
Again, the kids around me were absolutely fine, it was the adults that weren't. Particularly the couple behind me who insisted on talking throughout the show, despite getting glares from both me and the young girl sitting in front of me.

Yeah Danielle Fiamanya was on for Elsa last night! Saw her in The Colour Purple at Curve, so would really like to see her Elsa at some point!
Saw this clip of her curtain call from last night on Twitter just now!

She made the score sound easy (and I’ve sung most of it in my lessons, it’s definitely not!), she was so calm and composed throughout act one and then her smile when she got to Let It Go. She’s one of those performers who has that little bit of magic IMO, and I agree that she should be a big star.

So because I live overseas, I can only opt for E-tickets. Does someone know if I can exchange these into paper tickets at the theatre? I've been collecting show tickets all my life, but now it looks like everything is going digital. I've seen some beautiful art tickets to Frozen though and would love one of those.

It seems e-tickets only for everyone now, regardless of where you live. Those who booked to have tickets sent to them pre-Covid have still received physical tickets but booking now I think you’d only get one if there was a problem with or you didn’t receive your e-ticket. If you ask at the box office, they might print one for you, or they might have a policy against it.

Because they were only sending out e tickets 24 hours in advance I didn't get mine before I left for another trip. At the theatre 45 minutes before curtain up there was a small queue at the ticket disc of people either in a similar position to me or who perhaps just wanted a printed ticket and they were being issued quickly and without hassle. Very nice they are too.

Could someone who has been tell me how thorough the Covid pass/LFT checking is here? I’m nervous about getting back to the theatre but I would love to see this. The sheer number of children in attendance make this a Covid hot spot, but are they checking LFTs and passes and refusing entry to people without them?
