This new play by Brad Birch was for me everything that last year's Pomona wasn't: funny, engaging, absorbing and entertaining. I know it's entirely a matter of personal taste and I suspect that even with this (imho) more palatable injection of new writing the still relatively new AD will again be ruffling the regulars' feathers (that's if there are are of them left now), but if he does want to stir things up, he will surely succeed with this one.
Edit: cast of 4 with some doubling (Vince Leigh was the stand-out for me); lots of effing, particularly early on, and it's set in a school, which may be why there seemed to be a school party at the performance I attended, despite it being a Saturday night.

I saw this play at yesterday's matinee. I enjoyed it. The cast were brilliant. I like this theatre, especially their matinee shows where I gaze upon the audience (I try to sit upstairs) and see who has fallen asleep.
