I only looked at the stalls as that's where I am currently due to sit but you are right only 3 or 4 single seats so its not looking good We’ll have to form theatreboard bubbles !! To be honest I was thinking the same.

I’m now all set with my reallocated seats for next Wednesday matinee… can’t fault the LW Theatres customer services team actually as there was a slight issue with where my booking details had been emailed too (apparently because I had used Apple Pay) which meant I never reveal confirmation but they eventually found it and all was fine. It was finally resolved at quarter past midnight last night… two thumbs up for effort! Excited to see the show now 🤩

I'm meant to be going on the evening of the 15th but still haven't heard anything... should I be worried?

I'm meant to be going on the evening of the 15th but still haven't heard anything... should I be worried? My reallocation for the matinee was sent to me yesterday so I would imagine you should have heard yesterday or today latest. Spare seats for Wednesday evening show and Thursday are showing on the website so they must have finalised all seating now.

I've been mulling over what to do about my Joseph credit voucher for (yesterday's) cancelled performnce. It was for front row stalls and booked for July 2020 the morning the show went on sale pre COVID.
Had it been a standard credit voucher, as ATG issue, I would simply have accepted and soon used it, but with it being presented as just for this show I've requested a refund. Its only advantage seems to be access to the prices previously paid - £75, now £85 - so I've decided to take my chances and hope for a better deal. Indeed a few weeks ago I had booked another seat through an Agency for my son at the same performance a few rows back and to the side which cost just £25. I got a no-strings credit voucher for that one
There's plenty of availability in August and even with Kids Week to boost sales I think there will be some dynamic pricing and Agency special offers as there were in 2019. Anyway I'm setting myself a challenge to get both a reasonable seat for an "Alexandra" and one for a "Linzi" for my £75.

In my mind I am thinking we will hear about the 17th tomorrow. As on Wed they put next Wed up and yesterday they put next Thur up so possibly today will be next Fri and then on Sat the 17th. Hope its sooner as my nerves can't take it. Everytime my phone pings I think its the e mail, but alas its not.

If I haven't heard anything for Tuesday 13th, do I presume my booking has been unaffected? I booked through TodayTix

If I haven't heard anything for Tuesday 13th, do I presume my booking has been unaffected? I booked through TodayTix Id contact them just to check but why not go to the LW Theatre site and look at the seating plan for the 13th as it shows what has been booked and the bubble size, so if say you booked a single seat and its now showing as a bubble or 2 then I would you have been moved or cancelled if that makes sense

Heard nothing from the Palladium yet about my ticket for the 17th matinee. I've booked a train anyway cos I was getting anxious I wouldn't be able to get down there if I waited so I feel better about it now I'm having a day in London and if anything else I can have a good rummage through Selfridges and Liberty's!

I really feel for you having to wait so long to hear. If its any consellation - every performance for the first week have had tickets available to go back on sale so hopefully the 17th won't be any different.

I think the issue will be more around single tickets as when the dates have been put back on sale they are for bubbles of 2 or 4 and if you want a single ticket then, unless you buy 2 seats, you are stuffed!! Definately think we should consider group bubbles for Saturday if that happens.

I've kept my hotel and train booking even though my ticket was cancelled

Definately think we should consider group bubbles for Saturday if that happens. I’m another one waiting for the 17th evening show. I really do hope we get some news either today or by Monday. If I’m not lucky in my single seat (I booked quite late on), my options for another show in place are getting limited if needed.

I have also just heard but I have been moved from an aisle seat stall row G to a non aisle seat in row T so much further back. My problem is that due to disability I need an aisle seat so dont think I can take the alternative. I will contact them anyway to see what they say.

I've heard too! I've been moved back a few rows and three seats in from the aisle I had originally, but my issue is sensory overwhelm being surrounded rather than physical, so I can manage just having one or two people between me and the aisle.
I'm sorry yours isn't suitable alece10, I hope they can sort something out for you!
