Is anyone having trouble getting a refund for Joseph tickets? I booked in 2019 for the 1st night in 2021 which, of course, got postponed. Booking moved to 2021 but in the meantime they announced Linzi doing some performances so I made a 2nd booking. Decided to get a refund on the 1st performance. Applied and got e mail confirmation. Now it appears that as the booking was made so long ago they no longer have my card details so they are going to phone and do it manually. That was weeks ago and still waiting. I understand they are very busy but it's getting g silly now. We only got our refund through last week for the first performance - I suspect the delays haven’t been helped by the second Covid closure. |

I have had a couple of missed calls from a mobile number with no message left so they may have been trying to contact me. |

Left a voicemail on my mobile. I eventually got hold of her on her mobile to process 2 refunds as needed new card info. Chasing up one more from the 3 July. A guy left a msg on a withheld no. Trying to get to speak to him annoying, they did tell me thou that they have about 800 ppl left to sort out.. it’s been a nitemere for them.. |

Pretty poor that they’re not talking to their lead performer about the reasons but I doubt she’ll be making things better by tweeting about it.

The only conclusion I can come to is she had a positive LFT (probably a fake positive), got a negative PCR back and subsequent LFT negatives, but the producers arent willing to take the risk and are benching her for a bit

False positives on LFTs are very rare. Much more likely to be a false negative. I know a few ppl covid positive on PCRs and symptomatic who tested negative on LFTs. Who knows what’s happening. It’s all very odd and hopefully she gets to go back on soon.

I guess they can do what they like, as long as they’re paying ABits the producers to decide who goes on. It would be a very mean thing to do though. Given the short notice decisions it doesn’t seem that they’re doing it to increase bookings for Linzi, seems more likely to be health abd safety related but they really should be communicating with her.
