She added that 'people will be in for a surprise when they hear her incredible singing voice'. The actress was in her school choir and, in her early teens, found herself a singing teacher who once taught at the Royal Academy of Music. She had classical training and at one point was torn between pursuing a career as an opera singer or going to drama school. She chose stage and screen.

Is this likely to transfer?
I want to see this but will be tight to see it before summer?

Same here, except that it's not just a ticket but a whole trip to London... not yet 100% convinced I'll spend that for her.

I’ve never seen this show before and was debating seeing this production but that cast announcement has confirmed I really need to try and get a ticket. A cast including Lizzy, Debbie, Lauren and Danielle sounds too good to miss.

Really liking the look of this cast- now just to get tickets? Is this Under 25 ballot likely to be busy?!

I think Amy Ellen Richardson was also in the Nottingham Playhouse production last summer. She was definitely very, very good in Kiss Me, Kate at the world-famous Crucible Theatre last Christmas, and the main reason I saw it twice!

Just realised that the Friday evening I'd mentally allocated to trying to go to this isn't going to work, if it's schools and under 25s only. Those days are gone!

Easy enough booking process this morning on the Friends' priority. 75th, 200th and 450th in the queue across three browsers and was in within a few minutes from the first one. Quite a lot of the central block of the stalls gone already for the date I had in mind in May but managed to nab a seat recommended by our resident monkey for having nothing directly in front (D10) so happy with that.

I've not had much experience booking for Donmar. Last thing I saw there was city of angels. Going to try on Thursday for tickets. Is it going to be a bun fight?

Really liking the look of this cast- now just to get tickets? Is this Under 25 ballot likely to be busy?! probably just due to the fact it’s got Charlotte and Lauren who we’re both in Heathers the Heathers fans will probably be all trying to see it

Anyone know if there’s a preview matinee on Saturday 6 April or is it just evening on the opening day?

Singles tickets are good news for me, but I expect this will be a lost cause for me as I can't get online until 10am and apparently they go on sale at 9.
Must go and remind myself of the Donmar day ticketing policy!

Being fair, the site is now far smoother and doesn't crash, but it is still fairly tricky to navigate to get anywhere. Maybe have a test run on another show so you know how it works. It's all very "slidey" with day, date, time, choose seats pages coming at you from unexpected directions. Also the usual tip - if you don't already have an account, create one today so you have one less thing to go wrong tomorrow! Click on the little person icon on the left of the website and you can register.

I’ve just gone to create an account ready for booking and it appears I can’t right now.
That’ll teach me for not being organised enough!

Somehow managed to be position 30, which I was very surprised about given that it didn’t load the queue until 9:01! Booking was quite painless, managed to get what I wanted (though I forgot how rubbish it is trying to navigate round the Donmar seating plan on my phone)

Same here, got on within 5 mins and got tickets for the date I was after. Relatively easy for once, can't imagine the same with Evan next week! x
