For some unknown reason, the See Groups department have just sent me a flyer for this - with a packet of seeds attached. Am I the victim of a random Alan Titchmarsh fan, making a clever pun about the show's content? Otherwise, I kinda fail to see much connection? Thought it was all about baked goods and kitchen implements being put to unusual uses as camouflage? One of the key themes is the growing of sunflowers. They plant them in memory of the husband who dies of leukemia.

The Box Office at the theatre opens at 12 Friday for tickets with the original calendar girls serving victoria sponge. I think that's a really nice touch of them to do this at the box office A nice touch, but a tad humiliating if no one shows up haha! If I were in London, I'd definitely go along for the free cake. They'll probably lure unsuspecting punters in too, who don't know the show but fancy some free cake then feel too guilty to not buy a ticket.

I am now able to buy tickets two days earlier than general sale as I am on the Take That mailing list! Joys.

If I remember right didn't they say casting was due to be announced today/tommorow Yes! Do you think it could be midnight from Baz, or instead mid-morning?

If you see a random patch of sunflowers on a landfill near Manchester some time, that'll be me.

Ah.... it's not choreography. It's musical staging.
How to walk across the stage to music.

I saw some info regarding casting that was now taken down. Joanna Riding is reprising her role and other casting includes Michele Dotrice and Claire Moore. I cant remember the others as there was quite a list.

Michele Dotrice will be in this at the Phoenix. She's been doing quite a bit of theatre lately, great to see.

Plus has she had 'work' done? She is barely recognisable!
Love the rather desperate photo with Gary Barlow naked (and the Girls)...

Well it's a crack cast of (ex?) leading ladies. How I wish they were doing Follies!

Who's Sophie-Louise Dan replaced? I liked Claire Machin in Titanic so she might tempt me to try and get a cheap ticket for this.

I'm all for no booking fees or no premiums, but not if it pushes the rest of the house price's up as this seems to have done!
