Who’s Lulu? Don’t tell me there are kids in it? Is it not enough that I pre-emptively booked for what appears to be a chick flick musical only to be denied the thing that would make it bearable (shakes fist at Dillon!!!!! 😬)? I’m glad we’re on the train and on an aisle as this is gonna take a whole lot of Stella to get through...why’s there a kid in it? Belonging to who? She’s not on the cast recording I’ve begrudgingly listened to in the car all week?! (I’m going to enjoy Dawn I think...her songs are the best). |

We’ve picked up our tickets for tonight and have been given general admission for the dress circle. We’ve gone into Starbucks whilst we are waiting, but the seating is going to open at 7, and they were already queuing in the foyer to get in!

Do they have pie jars on sale for the dress rehearsal? I'd love to know how much cash I need to take (so cost per jar and number of flavours on sale, please).

Really disorganised here. They didn’t allocate the seats, and the auditorium was supposed to open at 7 but it didn’t until just now. Spent the last 40 mins squashed into the foyer with no room to move, or indeed put my stick at one point! We are finally in now though, row g of the circle and the view seems really good (last time I was here was for Chicago!).
We got given a badge each, and there are people dressed in waitress outfits selling mini pies! Great atmosphere, although we seem to be sat next to some people eating a mini picninc in their seats (which is currently a prawn sandwich and crisps!)
