Sara Bareilles is barely known in this country and I doubt she will have much box office appeal None of the names mentioned so far will set the box office alight.
Keala has the biggest profile of them all, but not big enough to sustain a run.

Now this could be interesting. Waitress final auditions were today and Siobhan Dillon has posted a picture of her and Oliver Tompsett auditioning for something, so guessing this. Definitely a thumbs up to Oliver Tompsett! Maybe not stunt casting after all. Pic here |

She'd be perfect. I'm not a huge Oliver Tompsett fan but with how lanky and awkward he looks he'd be great as Doctor P.

Oliver is 3 inches shorter than me, and as someone who has had to put up with bullsh*t comments like that my whole life, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you meant to refer to him as 'tall'. |

Because it doesn't affect you, which kind of proves the point society has got itself into. Whilst maybe offensive is too strong a word, it wouldn't be seen today as ok to call someone 'chubby', as you point out. Yet picking on another physical trait is all ok. I've got tall friends who wouldn't say they were offended, but certainly don't particularly like it and I'd never say it about someone. |

I'm very slim (skinny) and people are always commenting on my weight and build. I know they mean nothing by it so i don't take offence in that way but i don't really like it, it makes me uncomfortable and it does make me feel bad about myself a bit. I would never go as far as telling anyone not to do it though.

I was hoping we'd be getting Gavin Creel as the doctor seeing as he was at the press release.. Opposite Sara age wise he would be fine but it just depends who gets Jenna

I was thinking Lee Mead would have been good in this as Doctor P, his and Rachel's version of You Matter To Me is wonderful, but since he is on Holby that is not happening. Hadley Fraser I can see. I think Gavin Creel will be in it why bother to fly over for the announcement if not.
