I’m really glad about this, I never saw Sophie as Glinda because I basically took a 2 year break from Wicked London between 2017 and 2019, but I can understand why some people will be fed up! Just seen it’s only to cover for Helen for next few months.

Based on the wording of Sophie’s insta post, Helen is having a baby so she’ll be back after a few months.

I am so pleased to see Charli Baptie join Amy Webb as a standby … they were both stunning in the UK tour!

Don’t get why Mike Colbourne would spend a few months in Cinderella to then join the cast of this? Was he listed as emergency cover?

Sophie Evans has been posting clips of the rehearsals. Just listening to her and Laura sing DG made me cry. What’s happened to me these past 18 months !!!

I believe with the new cast updates I'll end up seeing Sophie Evans as Glinda for the first time. I never got around to visiting when she was lead so it'll be interesting to see her interpretation of the role

Sophie was my first Glinda so it’s great that I’ll get to see her one final time for the reopening. Really enjoyed her performance when I was younger.

I think I saw Sophie as Glinda once but can't remember when - when was her original run?
I wonder how long the screams will last after she says "it's good to see me, isn't it?" on the 15th?

Not this Wednesday. I just had a look and could have one for Saturday at £29.50. Not yet sold out for Thursday to Sunday.
The system chooses the seat(s) and the buyer then chooses whether to purchase. The centre block has seats A18 -A31, I've sat there a couple of times and it's awesome.
UPDATE Couldn't resist. Just booked one almost dead centre for £29.50 for Sunday 19th afternoon. I reckon they'll become harder to get once word gets round especially at that price. Will let son use it if he wishes as he's never experienced "Front Row Wicked" though hopefully he has other plans ....
Thanks to isabel for the tip off !

Keep checking back for the front row seats - I logged on at 11:30 and got A31 for opening night! Always always worth checking back!

Thanks, just managed to get one for the Thursday evening. There are tickets available for Thursday and Saturday evening at present. It isn't all that obvious how to get the page to display, but this direct link seems to work: secure.atgtickets.com/wicked/Online/default.asp

Still plenty of tickets available for the first night.
Not surprising really in this current climate
