So after all the years of seeing countless MT shows I'm going to Wicked for the first time. I got one of the 12 tickets available at 10am. Stalls B27 I wasnt expecting to get one so on my tablet I also went for 9 to 5 Rush tickets and got one of those as well but it was right at the back of the stalls and I'm not sure if I would enjoy it. Quick decision and Wicked it is.
Saturday matinee I'm going to The Light in the Piazza bought front stall tickets during the 24 hour sale. Two very different shows but both at great prices.

We crave a review of Wicked from a newbie sagiirl so be sure to come back and let us know. I was dazzled by it the first time and that lasted quite a while. Having said that I know people who saw it fir the first time and thought it was a load of old pants ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ๐

Aimee Fisher is on tonight as Elphaba.
Sounds like Laura Pick has a show off ahead of a two show day and West End Live tomorrow.
Alice is still away on holiday.

Looked to see what seats available for cast change night. Rows and rows available. Shame the prices are sky high I booked back in March and managed to get one of the cheap-ish side stalls tickets for ยฃ35. Much, much higher than what they used to be though.

Have entered a few times and itโs never really been a bunfight, but itโll be busy next week due to cast change. *** Anyway, Aimรฉe Fisher takes her final bow as Elphaba tonight.

I'm going to the cast change next weekend and I'm really excited. This is the first time I'll have been to a cast change, so I have a lot of anticipation.

This is my first cast change that I have been to too. I went to the tour closing back in January, but a cast change is a totally different thing. I am quite sad, as this cast (Alice, Sophie, Mel, Jack, Rosa, and most of the ensemble that stayed on from 2017/18) were mostly my first experience of Wicked, and to see them go now kind of feels like the end of an era.

I feel really similar. This is the first cast I've really seen Wicked a lot with and I will definitely miss this cast. Especially, Alice and Sophie.

I miss the hype of previous cast changes ๐๐ How times have changed Times haven't changed that much. There's still the hysteria. The Stage Dooring day after day. The "OMG I died at that riff" The "I have to get to the theatre because I've heard fifth cover midwife is on". The crazy gifts. The fans just don't post it on this forum much anymore.

I miss the hype of previous cast changes ๐๐ How times have changed The "OMG I died at that riff" If people died every time Alice Fearn riffed the whole Wicked fanbase would've gone extinct by now.

I have high hopes for the new cast.
A new Fiyero. Helen Woolf (cannot praise that woman enough) Nikki "power house" Bentley James Titchener twirling the ribbons Natasha Ferguson's Nessa
If that lot is not reasons to be cheerful I don't know what is!

Dont forget Kim as Morrible! Sheโs one of the best actresses Iโve seen in this role - her facial expressions are brilliant.

Wonder how busy dayseating will be on Saturday Everyone I know who is going has already booked, out of fear of not getting dayseats. All I know is people will probably camp out like past years, but I would never. It just isn't worth it. I notice that the TodayTix rush has gotten busier this week too, I suppose as people want to catch this cast before they go their separate ways.

Wicked still have the crazy fans but not sure they are in the same numbers of the past.
Long gone are the days of camping out for a week at cast change ๐

The Rachel Tucker fan club.
Day seat for every show in the week. Watch the show. Rejoin the queue straight after...
Crazy times.
