Come from away twitter account saying 2pm Tuesday.
Think maybe Oxford got it wrong? Does seem odd to announce on a bank holiday

Edinburgh Playhouse have posted the same teaser as the official account on Twitter. Bit surprised it’s going for such a large venue.

Heading to The Lowry rather than the Palace or Opera House in Manchester. 😀

Do we think someone didn’t look at a calendar before choosing the date? Definitely something that I would do. 😳🤦♂️

Leeds also have the same tweet. I was giving up hope of it coming near me, as four closer venues aren't saying anything yet ... I'll have to wait and see what tomorrow brings!

I have from two very good sources that the tour will not use the revolve I suppose not too much is lost from that.. biggest negative-ish impact probably on 'Stop The World'?

Hardly surprising - it’d be too complex to be setting up at each venue I would assume.
It’ll definitely impact how they perform Stop The World, and Costume Party too, but I’m sure new choreo(chairo)graphy will mean it isn’t missed too much.

Chichesters South Pacific toured with a revolve. It's perfectly doable.

Little Scottish show 'Orphans' also toured with a revolve.
That did a lot of smaller venues as well. Must've been a hassle but shows its plausible.

Do you have the Mayflower dates please? 17-20 April 2024 but that seems a little light on dates Thank you! That is a short run, but it’s a much bigger venue (2,000+) than some of the others mentioned/rumoured, so perhaps that means they’ll only do one week in Southampton rather than two or more in others. Nevertheless it does feel ‘light’ for the first national tour of a West End hit.
