It's... a fairly absurd offer, isn't it? It's not a competition where anyone who enters has a shot, they are literally just telling everyone to buy AN ABSOLUTE TON OF TICKETS, and the person who buys most - can AFFORD to buy most - will get a refund. It makes sense from a "we want people to spend more money" perspective, but it's just not realistic for SO many people. And what kind of publicity will they get? I doubt it'll be "wow, this is cool, let's buy some tickets!" in the majority of cases, but much more "holy crap, who has enough money to make a serious bid for first place here?". (And if you have enough money to make that serious bid for first place, you're probably not going to truly appreciate or benefit from having that refund.)

Also the people I know with the most disposable income are strangely enough very busy due to demanding jobs. They haven’t got the time to be going to the theatre all that often. It was hard enough to pin down one of my wealthier friends for one night this month.
Also it’s per ticket, not per purchase. So if you have a large group of friends and split the cost between you, I suppose just book a bunch of shows with large multiples of tickets on one person’s account. But again, who has that much time to be so organised?

I’m beginning to think that they are trying to get some goodwill after the referral debacle... but this isn’t the way to do it!

Well if they act consistently with the referral scheme debacle they will disqualify the people who book the most tickets

I saw this 'competition' yesterday, I think it is iniquitous - encouraging people who perhaps can't really afford it to buy more tickets in the remote hope of winning.

Tweet @todaytixuk, post about them on Facebook or write an app store review. Send the link or screenshot to reviews-uk@todaytix.com and they'll send you a voucher for £5 off your next order.

I have not even bothered to look at their website since they ripped me off. - I am actively advising people not to deal with them.

I am actively advising people not to deal with them. If you post that advice on Facebook and send TodayTix a screenshot they'll send you a £5 voucher, apparently.

Ok I am a bit late to this one but I tried to use the £10 off as I was accustomed to do all of last year and it didn't work {Spoiler - click to view}

I've checked the FAQs and Googled and can't find an answer. Can you enter the lottery for more than one show on the same day?

I used TodayTix for the first time on Monday and got 2 tickets for Bat Out Of Hell for £12 each plus £3 booking fee! I had a problem with the booking procedure (my fault) and had prompt and courteous replies from their customer service department. Very impressed.

There were £15 stalls tickets for Pinter Four on offer when I looked earlier, but otherwise all Upper Circle (from what I looked at, anyway)

No real bargains this time. You can normally get £15 in the Upper Circle anyway

I like them for rush tickets but I would rarely book anything else through them because you can’t choose your own seats. I’ve never (from memory) found the seats I like to sit in for a better price on TodayTix.
