The beeb just interviewed la dunaway at the vanity fair post oscar bash and she said she is in negotiations to do a play in the WE, no real clues but Phedre was mentioned. Her star has of course faded but she is a legend!

Perhaps taking the key role in van Hove's All About Eve? If that's still going ahead and Cate Blanchett is no longer available?

She'll probably end up rehearsing 'Phedre' before turning up at the theatre to discover she's in 'Suddenly Last Summer'.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'd show up to hear Faye Dunaway read the phone book! I hope this pans out. I'd love the opportunity to see her onstage.

She'll probably end up rehearsing 'Phedre' before turning up at the theatre to discover she's in 'Suddenly Last Summer'. ...the new musical version by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Only to find her dressing room has Glenn Close’s name on. It’ll just be a bit of a mix up with the envelopes again... Poor Faye.
