I really like Hyoie and he seems to have a bit of fan base, it would be good if he stayed but it seems unlikely as it's unconfirmed.

Sam was a very good Fiyero on the 1st UK Wicked Tour, obviously not as big a sing as Les Mis but I remember being impressed at the time!

he certainly is not bad in the eyes, but somehow i have a thing for Enjolras with longer hair, hope they give him a wig or like they did with my fave Enjolras: a fake ponytail 🤣

Sam was first cover a few years back. Nice to see him returning now he’s got a bit more experience.
Although comical that Enjolras is now bigger and looks older than Javert. Barricade scenes will look... interesting.

He was 1st Enj and Feuilly in the 2013 cast as well so he has done the role before from what I can discover.

Loved him in Wicked when I saw him as Understudy a few years ago, as several others did.

I'm glad that Sam's returning! Saw him as an understudy and really enjoyed his performance so I'm looking forward to see how a few years out the show will have changed things.

I wonder if any of them might leave to go on tour... unless it's too much of a distraction in October because they only been there for a few months. Only saying because Paul and Helen left to do the Asian tour a couple of years ago.

Been searching the new cast can't find much but did find the Never Forget Take That musical Dean was in on YouTube. I have watched quite a bit of it a few times now... some of the solos a few times too. Damn I don't even like Take That!! Also the new swing Adam has a couple of songs on YT he as a fab voice too.

Dean played Shrek before the current tour started off. He was really good. indeed he was! He also more recently played the Narrator in Blood Brothers and was absolutely fantastic.

Looks like Adam Linstead was called back to play Tenardier the other night! He was in the ensemble again recently, but I thought he'd left (I stand corrected if not).

Yeah he was in the ensemble for 3 weeks because Lee was out of action for just over 2 months. Adam left the show the other week. Lee came back last week Tuesday.

When I saw a tweet saying it was Adam's final night I thought Adam Linstead will never have a final night and lo and behold

Hi all
Was thinking of going to see Les Mis for my birthday, and I just have a couple of questions
- Will black Sharpie show up on the small programme cast pages? (Still going through a phase of stage dooring)
- Do they have a souvenir brochure / picture book?
- Is Row B/C in the stalls good? Don’t want to have to pay dress circle premium prices.

Hi aingidb: 1) A black sharpie shows up on the programme. I have seen Les Mis twice and went to the Queen's Theatre stage door on both occasions. The cast are all really nice and are happy to sign programmes and take pictures 2) They have a souvenir brochure/picture book in addition to the programme. I think it costs £10 for both the programme and picture book. 3) I have sat in the stalls in the Queens Theatre and would definitely recommend the front stalls as you get a great view. Rows B and C are very near the stage. I would recommend rows D-H in the stalls Hope this helps

I was there. Very biased but I love Dean’s Valjean. Such a detailed performance already. He needs to settle into the role a bit more to develope his portrayal to the fullest but it was a very strong performance from the get go. I really enjoyed Cosette and Eponine. And I thought Vivien Parry was a highlight as Madame Thenardier.
Obviously lots of friends and family in last night so the atmosphere in the audience was extra appreciative - lots of cheering and an instant standing ovation.
Going again tonight. :-)
