I've not been to see this show yet and I really want to see it soon but the crazy fans are really putting me off going. Heathers 2.0 I'll admit the enthusiasm I have for the Cast Recording and seeing the show itself does sadly get dampened sometimes when you see the obsessive fans on social media basically bugging the girls all the time and tweeting about the show 24/7. Don't be surprised if this show pulls a Heathers and puts out a statement about behavior from the fans.

Tbh I was glad of a few enthusiastic fans tonight cus the audience was very subdued other than some appreciative ones whooping at the back. But it was full which was good to see.

I'm all for a hoot and a hollar in the theatre when appropriate, I've heard stories of it being a bit of an X Factor situation with some of the fangirls though, cheering and screaming during songs, a friend of mine said a good half of Heart of Stone was ruined when she went.

Okay, I'm joining in. I'm on 17 with the first being last August in Edinburgh. Yes, I've been a lot. Yes, I enjoy seeing the covers (like Martello, I expect to tail off now that the first and second covers have (almost) all been on). No, I am not a screaming fangirl - and if you try any of that nonsense near me you'll get a good old glare and an elbow in the ribs if I'm feeling particularly irritable. I don't smoke, I rarely drink, and I don't pay top price for my theatre tickets unless I absolutely have to. I've managed to get rush tickets a couple of times, otherwise I book the cheaper seats in advance where I can.

I am from Boston, MA! We are all so excited to have Six here! I am so curious to see who they cast and if they keep the group from Chicago this spring.

I’m not sure if Samantha Pauly will extend. I think she’s doing Evita in London and I don’t know how the Boston dates match up to that.

I hear more about the three understudies and Aimie than I do about any of the others. But I've heard several stories of Heart of Stone being ruined by mid song cheering and applauding, which I guess, because its a big belter, isn't surprising.

Actually I think you're right, the understudies get a lot of love on Instagram (I think Vicki even has her own fan page). I love the fact that they get the recognition they deserve. Shame about Heart of Stone though, it's such a beautiful song that it would be nice if they could just wait to the end to show their appreciation.

Honestly, I'm not sure I have a favourite combination, they're all different in their own way. I do have some particular shows that were favourites, but honestly that's mostly for the atmosphere or something particular that happened (eg. Grace's scheduled Boleyn show) rather than that precise combination of actresses, if that makes sense.

Okay have fiiiinally seen this and thought it was a perfect cocktail of fabulous, silliness and some cracking singing. Natalie and Maiya are the strongest singers and stormed it.
Millie (as everyone has said previously) is better live. She definitely is the weakest singer out of the six but it kind of works for the talk-singing of the song, and her comic timing more than makes up for it.
My fave, beyond a doubt, is Alexia McIntosh, who is HILARIOUS.

I'm doing a short survey on SIX as part of a project for work. If anyone could take 5 minutes to complete it, I would really appreciate it! www.surveymonkey.com/r/GT9R6PJ

Off topic for the American Production, but if it were to transfer to Broadway, we wouldn't get any f***ery with The Queens like we did last year at the Tony's, where the girls are jointly nominated? Because I don't think the Tony's usually do that and after Six, Our Ladies and The Girls, am kinda over it.

was anyone at Courtney's Cleves debut last night? Would be interested to hear a report!
(side note- it's also a credit to Vicki that Courtney's only just going on for her second cover and it was because Vicki was covering another role!)

I can see this going to New York, i.e.,Off-Broadway, but this won't and shouldn't play a Broadway house. It's not the type of show that would or should, not to mention that it's barely even 90 minutes. It's a brilliant production that needs a small house.

I agree, so am still surprised it is visiting the 2300 seat Mayflower on tour!

Finally seeing this this afternoon! I booked my ticket back in November (not sure why I booked so far in advance) and didn't remember where I was sat. Turns out I'm right in the middle of row D, quite pleased with that!

I think I saw an alternate Anne Boleyn though, which may have helped. One question, is it normal for Catherine of Aragon to go off stage during All You Wanna Do? She came back on afterwards but it did seem like they were leaving a space for her in the dancing.

You had Grace Mouat as Boleyn, only her fourth (I think) performance in the role, Millie is pretty much never off unless it's a scheduled holiday/alt show. She's fabulous, I saw her first scheduled London show.
And no, it's not normal for Jaye'J (or any of them) to leave the stage, I hope she's ok.

Her performance was great otherwise and she was only off stage for the duration of the song, but it did seem odd. Perhaps there were technical issues or something I hadn't noticed!

Does anyone have a list of tour dates? I can only see The Lowry date showing on ents24. Apologies if it's been shown earlier on the thread.
