I've heard that Waitress could be coming at some point, with the Aldwych being mentioned. Are there any tours right now that could slip in for few weeks? Have you heard this from someone semi-legit or are you just basing it on what members have wished for on this forum and thought would be a good venue for "Waitress"? Not being antagonistic, I just feel that nothing "Waitress" related has happened outside of this forum's wishful thinking. I've heard it from someone I know, who works for one of the major touring production companies ☺️ though it's only word of mouth, nothing set in stone, so all could change.

Maybe Finding Neverland? That's "supposed to" arrive sometime next year, right? I believe that's been put on hold, as there's planned rewrites... Again! And it was planned to go into Drury Lane anyway, but doesn't look like 42nd Street will be budging any time soon.

I think putting it in such a huge theatre would be a very bad move.

It was a rumour a while back it was looking at the Drury Lane. It has looked into medium theatres ala Piccadilly and Aldwych, its more a logistical issue of set and wing space.
