I was there, it was pretty brilliant, he managed very well, textbook in hand most of the time.
I'll also say that while "crazy fans" get a lot of shtick, not least on this board, I thought their support was heart-warming, gave him a massive round of applause after "Freeze your brain" that must have been encouraging.

Pretty confident this will be back for round 3. It seemed to sell extremely well this time around even in the challenging times we have been in.

I think it was in the right place at the right time during this run. With no ‘Wicked’ or ‘& Juliet’ open for the young ‘uns to camp out at this has picked up a lot more…lets call it support. Round three might be better off somewhere smaller again.

Agreed - had there been more on offer across the summer I think this would likely have struggled more...

Amazing atmosphere at the final matinee yesterday. The cast were having a blast and goofing around and the audience were lapping it up. Could only imagine what it was like at the very last one. The front row were all masked but they got less and less as you went further back. They did the announcement requesting people to wear them again at the interval as well, but I turned around to look and this seemed to be ignored.

I don’t think there are many stops left on the tour are there? Perfect inexpensive filler with built in custom. Wonder how many of the cast have got stuff booked?

Even if some of the touring cast are unavailable it is possible that some of the Haymarket cast might be available so they might be able to put together a hybrid cast.

For something with such a dark heart it brings a lot of joy to a lot of people. And if it fills an empty theatre it’s better still.

Returns to The Other Palace from 25 November 2021 - 20 February 2022. The tour doesn't finish until 11 December 2021 so it presumably isn't the tour cast heading to London which seems a shame.

Just booked in for opening night! I really hope Heathers ends up getting a permanent residence on the West End for a year or two. It could definitely do it and sell well!

Booked up for January, it'll be nice to see it in this theatre again.

Where are you booking this? I can't find a booking link on either the theatre website or the show page itself. I'm obviously being dense! I haven't seen this one before, not sure if it'll be my thing but would like to give it a shot.

I wonder if they are thinking of extending the tour although it would probably have been announced by now if they were going to.

They'll probably wheel the much too old Jodie Steele out again... not that she's bad she's just far too old.
I would imagine someone like Christina Bennington will go in again as Veronica.

Both Jodie and Christina have confirmed they won’t be part of it. Paul Taylor-Mills posted an Instagram story earlier that indicated casting wasn’t complete yet, and it also sounds like rehearsals start on Monday.

They won't be paid West End rates there so I doubt any of the old cast will come back.
