And on another note - I saw the matinee today with Moya and Brennyn and they killed it. B is better than Lissi ever was - her sheer stage presence was incredible and she only had a week to learn the whole show she didn't step a foot wrong. Moya was incredible - her acting was better than any of the girls that have come before her and her vocals were insane. I'm so happy that all the bad blood from the first company seems to have been weeded out. This show felt slick and full of energy. So happy that this is continuing!

Kelly Clarkson from this week's was recorded two weeks ago. From what I've heard they're ducking all the main cast out of the show on Saturday afternoon to pre-record. So if you're seeing the Sat Matinee I think it will be all covers. If this is right, I believe Nicole Deon posted something on her instagram stories that showed her being reheased as Deena, Jayde Nelson as Lorell, Emma Louise Jones as Michelle and Karen as Effie. Would also give them a chance to bring the Swings Rhiane and Sanchia out as I'm not too sure they've actually been used yet |

The first cover Deena, Lorrell & Michelle will be making their debuts this weekend! Marisha will be off too! Karen will do matinee and Moya will do evening! All 4 lead dreams will be performing on Strictly! They're filming it on the Saturday!

If you have, fine, you're entitled to your opinion. If you haven't, go see her. Then formulate an opinion. I get it, you loved Liisi's performance and rightly so, she was brilliant. But believe it or not, it's perfectly plausible for someone else to prefer Brennyn in the role. Hell, I saw Brennyn on Tuesday and even I think she has the potential to be better than Liisi. Nobody is going to get arsey with you for saying you prefer certain people in certain roles, that's what this Board is all about. I'm sure it's not deliberate, but when you come on here giving the impression of "my opinion is right, yours can't possibly be right. You need to agree with me" then you're bound to get a few backs up. |

I've just remembered, aren't the Leading Ladies performing that night too? They wouldn't get Amber to do the Dreamgirls number would they?! But it would be perfect. Bev, Amber and The Other One do their thing singing 'All That Jazz' or whatever song they choose. They take their bows while Anton dances with Arlene Phillips in the front and then Bev and The Other One walk off expecting Amber to follow but she stays. "Aaaaaaaaaaand I ammmmm tellllllllling you, IIIIIIIIII'm not goooooooo-iiiiiiiiiing . . . ". |

I've been back and read every page as I love all the scandal!
It's been bugging me and my mate for a long time but is there anyone else out there that is entirely put off of Marisha because of how she promotes herself and the aura she gives off?
Sure, she has got insane pipes and seeing her myself was amazing but the more she tweets, the more she annoys me. She constantly refers to herself as 'finally Effie White' but she's not.. she's finally 'Role-Share Effie White'. It's almost as if she forgets that the other 2 are there and almost blocks them out and it's incredibly off-putting.
I can't help but notice that her album launch has barely sold any tickets and not 1 premium meet and greet ticket has sold at all. Whilst I feel sorry for her with this, do we think people are put off of her because of how she can come across?
Sorry to rant, her self-promotion is just really bugging me at the moment.

Marisha’s Christmas album and show got a massive plug on EP last Sunday. You’d think that would have shifted a good few tix. Having said that, the track she played had lots of pointless and distracting riffing (shades of Ruth Brown) so maybe it put folk off.

Perhaps they'll be digitally added later? Sometimes an audience is brought in just to record a performance. They have done it before with Take That. |
