Lily frazer and karen Mav doing listen!! Lily has won me over personally, starting to think she may be an amazing deena if her acting is just right! Karen has improved drastically comparing her from last time i saw her!! thoughts?

Taking another trip to see this on Monday, Marisha's scheduled to be on by the looks of things so I'll get to see her take on Effie. Likely to be my last time seeing the show before cast change, means I won't have seen Amber but I will have seen the current two alternates so I'm alright with that. Or is it worth trying to to squeeze in another show just to see Amber?

Amber is most defenitely worth seeing. Marisha is over rated for me personally. When is full announcement on cast change scheduled. Has it been confirmed if Adam Bernard is staying. If him and amber leave this show drops down a bit for me in quality. Adam staying is more important than amber almost for me personally.

Amber is most defenitely worth seeing. Marisha is over rated for me personally. When is full announcement on cast change scheduled. Has it been confirmed if Adam Bernard is staying. If him and amber leave this show drops down a bit for me in quality. Adam staying is more important than amber almost for me personally. I'm not too worried personally about Adam leaving, I saw Tosh as Jimmy and I actually thought he much better! His jokes and timing were all amazing as well as his interactions with the audience! Really hoping Tosh takes over. |

I thought Tosh equalled Adam, so seeing Adam isn't the end of the world if Tosh takes over. And everyone knows my thoughts on Marisha, I was one of the first on here to rave as I saw her on the first day she was in, so I take part responsability in her being overrated, but she deserves all the praise in my opinion so I don't feel that bad about it.  |

What do we think of Lily Frazer as Deena and Karen as Effie?? I love Karen as Effie, although I do think she tries to imitate Amber too much - her voice is not for growling - and if she were to find her own way of singing the songs it would be much easier for her to sing without straining. As for lily Frazer as Deena... awful she had the weakest voice I've ever heard as well as sounding like she can hardly breathe whilst dancing (don't understand how she got raving reviews for her in the heights performance because it doesn't translate into DG). Let's just say there are better choices for Deena. Karen has removed all her growling now  Saw her today for the 4th time and she's improved alot! |

Syesha Mercado would be a great choice to replace Liisi as Denna. She played the role on the US tour and sounded great, lovely voice for Denna.

I always thought they would go for someone with a voice like Syesha for Deena from the beginning, liisi’s voice is very different and modern but I think it definitely works! I’m excited to see who will take over!

Any idea when we're likely to get a casting announcement for this? Less than 2 months now until the anticipated cast change I believe, which is from memory the time that casting announcements start to appear!
(As an aside if you didn't hear Amber Riley alongside Beverley Knight and Cassidy Janson on Graham Norton today Radio 2 then you totally should listen to it! Can't wait for their album!)
